贵阳市部分中学体育社团发展现状的调查研究

【摘要】：本文运用访谈法、问卷调查法等调查方法,对贵阳市部分中学体育社团进行了调查研究,分析当前贵阳市部分中学体育社团现状和存在的问题,提出如何促进贵阳市部分中学体育社团发展的见解。研究表明:贵阳市部分中学体育社团的发展对促进阳光体育的发展、丰富学生课外体育锻炼、提高学生学习体育的兴趣、培养学生团队精神、促进校园体育文化建设具有重要的意义。根据调查贵阳市部分中学体育社团主要问题:中学体育社团数量不多、社团项目种类较少,开展活动次数少、社团的规章制度不够完善、社团活动内容不丰富、活动时间不固定、学校不重视发展体育社团。从调查来看,活动时间主要集中在下午课外活动,社团的主要经济来源学校拨款、拉赞助、学生自筹,贵阳市中学生参与体育社团的积极性很高,参与体育社团项目主要是以提高专项技术学习为主;中学体育社团活动时间一般在30分钟至60分钟,活动频率每周1到2次。针对贵阳市部分中学的特殊情况因地制宜的发展体育社团,学校领导和在校体育教师应重视体育社团的发展,改变传统教育思想,支持、鼓励、引导体育社团的发展,增加对体育社团的指导和资金投入力度,中学体育社团的发展应适当增加社团的时间和次数,扩大参与体育社团的人数。社团干部必须严格执行体育社团的规章制度,明确社团活动目标和任务,充分利用和挖掘学生资源、非体育专业教师资源。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of interview and questionnaire, this paper makes an investigation on the sports associations of some middle schools in Guiyang, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the sports associations in some middle schools in Guiyang. The research shows that the development of some middle school sports associations in Guiyang city can promote the development of sunshine sports, enrich students' extracurricular physical exercises, and increase students' interest in learning sports. It is of great significance to cultivate students' team spirit and promote the construction of campus sports culture. According to the investigation of the main problems of some middle school sports associations in Guiyang, the number of middle school sports associations is small, the types of association items are less, and the number of activities is less. The rules and regulations of the association are not perfect, the contents of the community activities are not rich, the activity time is not fixed, and the school does not attach importance to the development of sports associations. According to the investigation, the activity time is mainly concentrated in after-school activities in the afternoon. The main sources of income of the association school funding, support, self-financing students, Guiyang high school students to participate in sports associations enthusiasm, participation in sports associations mainly to improve the special technical learning; Sports clubs in middle schools usually have 30 minutes to 60 minutes, and the frequency of sports activities is 1 to 2 times a week. According to the special conditions of some middle schools in Guiyang City, sports associations should be developed according to local conditions. School leaders and physical education teachers should attach importance to the development of sports associations, change traditional educational ideas, support, encourage and guide the development of sports associations, and increase the guidance and investment of sports associations. The development of sports associations in middle schools should increase the time and frequency of the associations and increase the number of people participating in the sports associations. The cadres of the associations must strictly carry out the rules and regulations of the sports associations, and make clear the objectives and tasks of the activities of the sports associations.
