情商管理应用于信息技术课程教学的研究与实践

【摘要】:从1984年开始,信息技术课程教学在个别学校开始试点到如今的全面普及,信息技术课程的教学已经积累了丰富的经验,但随着信息技术日新月异的发展,信息技术课程的多样化教学模式、教学方法也就成了要继续探索的对象;由于社会群体对信息技术掌握的程度存在差异,故对学习的信息技术层次要求不同;随着年轻一代个性特征、情绪表征越来越鲜明,于是对教师教学方式的要求越来越细腻。因此,如何了解自我,制定完善的信息技术课程的教学计划;如何了解学生、有效进行班级管理,因材施教;如何激发、保持班级群体学习信息技术的兴趣;如何创新教学的方式方法;如何提高信息技术课程的教学质量和效率等等,都是信息技术课程教学工作中不可忽视的内容。情商是指认识、调整与控制个人情绪的能力。情商比智商在更大程度上决定着一个人的学习、工作、爱情、婚姻、人际关系以及整个事业。越来越多的人们已经意识到情商培养的重要性。在教学中,也有许多教师在努力探索怎样在教学工作中培养和提高学生的情商,但是这类研究主要是从学生的角度出发,着重期望通过培养和提高学生的情商来达到教学的目标和要求。研究的对象是单一的学生,研究的内容仅仅停留在情商的培养这个比较浅显的层次,整个活动仅处于教学活动的辅助地位,因此实际效果并不显著。因此,情商应用于教学活动的研究并没有引起广大教育工作者的足够重视,从事这方面研究的热情也不高涨。本论文以课程与教学论为基础,不但将情商的理念应用到信息技术课程的教学中,还引入了管理学的相关理论,从教师(教学的践行者和管理者)的角度,运用情商管理的计划职能、组织职能、领导职能、控制职能和创新职能,对整个教学过程和行为中的情商进行系统全面的管理和控制,全面提高课程教学的质量和效率。为了对所提出的基于情商管理的教学理念进行实证研究,本文设计了“欢乐信息课”、“信息安全”、“音像技术”等3个教学案例。结果表明,学生的学习兴趣和学习自信心得到了进一步地增强,自主学习能力得到了有效地培养,信息技术素养得到了明显地提高。通过实证研究发现,实施过程中还必须注意如下几个问题。首先,教师要了解情商,透彻了解自我、管理自我、激励自我、认识他人情绪和人际关系处理的意义,实现自我情商的提高,为高效的信息技术课程教学开展做准备。其次,教师要了解管理学,并按照管理的职能及原理,有效的融合情商和管理,使情商管理运用到信息技术课程教学,具有高效性。然后,在信息技术课程教学前,教师通过一些调查问卷、诊断性测试及谈话等方式,基本了解学生的个性特征和兴趣爱好,掌控学生的情感表征和学习状态,与学生建立友好的师生关系。同时,依据国家教育部制定的信息技术教学目标,结合收集到的信息资料,制定教学计划。实施信息技术课程教学中,通过教师的领导,维持和激发学生学习的积极性,培养学生团队合作的精神,养成终生学习的习惯,建立适合信息技术教学的学习型组织,逐渐彰显创新精神。最后,笔者对研究中存在的问题进行了总结和反思,为进一步的研究提出了改进的措施和研究方向。目前关于情商管理应用于课程教学的研究与实践微乎其微,希望通过本文能引起更多的学校和教师的关注,希望能有更多的人投入到本项目的研究与实践中来。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of 1984, the information technology curriculum teaching in individual schools started a pilot to today's comprehensive popularization, the information technology curriculum teaching has accumulated rich experience, but with the development of information technology change rapidly, the information technology curriculum diversification of teaching mode, teaching method has become the object to continue to explore the differences due to social groups; master degree in information technology, the information technology level of different learning requirements; as a younger generation of personality, emotional representation more and more distinct, so the teaching method requires more and more delicate. Therefore, how to understand the self, the development of information technology course and improve the teaching plan; how to understand the students, effective class management abilities; how to stimulate, maintain class interest in learning information technology; how to innovate the way of teaching methods; how to The information technology to improve the teaching quality and efficiency and so on, are not to be ignored the content of teaching in information technology course. EQ refers to the cognition, ability to adjust and control their emotion. Emotional intelligence than IQ in a large extent determines a person's learning, work, love, marriage, interpersonal relationship and the cause importance. More and more people have realized the EQ training. In the teaching, there are many teachers in the teaching work in exploring how to cultivate and improve students' EQ, but this kind of research is mainly from the perspective of students, mainly through training and improving students' EQ to achieve the teaching objectives and requirements. The object of study is a single student, the contents of the research only stay in the level of this relatively simple EQ, the only auxiliary position in teaching activities, so the actual The effect is not significant. Therefore, research on the application of emotional intelligence in the teaching activities, and don't pay enough attention to the education workers, engaged in the research of the enthusiasm is not high. In this paper, curriculum and teaching theory as the foundation, not only the EQ concept applied to the information technology curriculum teaching, also introduces the related theory of management the teacher (from the teaching practice and management) point of view, using EQ Management Functions of planning, organization, leadership, control function and innovation function, management and comprehensive control system of the whole teaching process and behavior of EQ, improve teaching quality and efficiency. In order to the EQ Management Based on the teaching concept of empirical research, this paper designed the "Joy Division of information", "information security", "video technology" and other 3 teaching cases. The results show that the students Interest in learning and self-confidence to further enhance the ability of autonomous learning, get effective training, information literacy has been significantly improved. The empirical study found that the implementation process must also pay attention to the following questions. Firstly, teachers should understand the EQ, a thorough understanding of self, self management, self motivation, understanding others emotional and interpersonal meaning, self realization of the improvement of emotional intelligence, for information technology teaching, carry out to prepare. Secondly, teachers should understand the management, and in accordance with the management function and principle, fusion EQ and effective management, the EQ Management is applied to the teaching of information technology courses, and has high efficiency. In the teaching, information technology curriculum, teachers through questionnaires, diagnostic tests and interviews, understand the basic characteristics and the students' interest in hobbies, master students The emotional representation and learning state, to establish friendly relationship between teachers and students. At the same time, according to the teaching goal of Information Technology Ministry of education, combined with the collected information, make teaching plan. The implementation of information technology curriculum teaching, through the teacher's leadership, to maintain and stimulate the enthusiasm of students, cultivate students' team cooperation the spirit, develop the habit of lifelong learning, build a learning organization for the teaching of information technology, gradually highlight the spirit of innovation. Finally, the author makes a summary and Reflection on the problems existing in the research, and puts forward some measures and improve the research direction for further research. The current application of EQ Management in teaching research with very little practice, I hope this paper can attract more attention of schools and teachers, hope to have more people into the research and practice of the project.
