现行形势下的职高数学有效教学研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展进步,世界经济的相互融合,我国社会的技能型人才已供不应求,对人才的要求也越来越高,国家也不断扶植职业教育,政策上向职高倾斜.但是职高数学的教学现状却不容乐观,越来越多的学生害怕数学,感到数学枯燥无用,对数学失去了学习的兴趣.而从2015年开始,职高只实行技能高考,高职统考被取消.在新的形势下如何进行职高数学的有效教学,提高学生学习的主动性、积极性,提高数学的课堂效率,就显得十分重要.为此,本文针对湖北省职高数学教学现状从教师方面来探讨在职高的数学课堂如何实现有效教学.笔者通过调查问卷,访谈职高数学教师并联系自身的工作体会与感受来完成本次论文.本论文共分六个部分:第一部分,阐述了国家对职高的政策扶植,分析了当前职业学校的实际情况,以及湖北省新高考政策对职高数学的影响,并阐明了本文的研究意义.第二部分对国内外关于有效教学的研究进行了综述,并对职高数学有效教学概念加以探讨.第三部分,通过问卷调查及数据分析,得出职高数学教学的现状,主要表现在课堂管理混乱,教师缺少激情,师生缺少互动以及学生的数学学习效果差.并分析其原因,包括职高生特殊的心理特征,生源质量的下降以及社会对职高以及职高数学的不重视.第四部分为文章的重点,从备课策略、上课策略、情感策略、评价策略四个方面阐述了在职高数学数学教师实现有效教学的策略,针对职高生一直以来的“挫败感”,创新地提出以情感策略来打动学生,让学生“亲其师,信其道”,这也是本文的亮点.第五部分,针对前面提的策略进行了关于数学基础模块对于计数原理部分的教学设计.第六部分,针对职高数学有效教学的策略提出一些实际的看法和思考.职高数学的有效教学需要教师不怕困难,勇敢探索,在教学活动中不断的总结提高,是一个持续的,不断摸索前进的课题.
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the integration of the world economy, the demand for skilled talents in our society has outstripped supply, and the demand for talents is becoming higher and higher.But the present situation of mathematics teaching in vocational high school is not optimistic. More and more students are afraid of mathematics, feel that mathematics is boring and useless, and lose interest in learning mathematics.Starting in 2015, vocational colleges have only introduced the National College entrance examination (gaokao), and the higher Vocational College entrance examination has been cancelled.Under the new situation, it is very important to carry on the effective teaching of mathematics in vocational high school, to improve the students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning, and to improve the efficiency of mathematics classroom.Therefore, this paper aims at the present situation of mathematics teaching in vocational high school in Hubei province, and discusses how to realize effective teaching in the mathematics classroom of vocational high school from the teacher's point of view.The author completed this paper by questionnaire, interviewing mathematics teachers of vocational high school and connecting their own working experience and feeling.This thesis is divided into six parts altogether: the first part, elaborated the national policy support to the vocational high school, analyzed the actual situation of the present vocational school, as well as the Hubei province new college entrance examination policy to the vocational high school mathematics influence, and elaborated the research significance of this article.The second part summarizes the research on effective teaching at home and abroad, and probes into the concept of effective teaching in vocational high school.The third part, through the questionnaire survey and the data analysis, obtains the vocational high school mathematics teaching present situation, mainly displays in the classroom management confusion, the teacher lacks the passion, the teacher lacks the interaction and the student mathematics study effect is poor.The reasons are analyzed, including the special psychological characteristics of vocational college students, the decline of students' quality and the social neglect of vocational high school and vocational high school mathematics.The fourth part is the focus of the article, from the preparation strategy, class strategy, emotional strategy, evaluation strategy four aspects of mathematics teachers in vocational high school to achieve effective teaching strategies, in view of the vocational college students have been "frustration".It is also the highlight of this paper to creatively propose to impress students with emotional strategies so that students can "kiss their teachers and trust their ways".In the fifth part, the teaching design of the mathematical basic module for the counting principle is carried out in view of the strategy mentioned above.The sixth part, puts forward some practical views and thoughts on the effective teaching strategy of vocational high mathematics.The effective teaching of mathematics in vocational high school requires teachers not to fear difficulties, to explore bravely, to sum up and improve constantly in teaching activities, which is a continuous and progressive subject.
