《政治生活》中“监督权”的教学剖析

【摘要】：公民的监督权、人大代表的监督权和国家机关的监督权三者之间,既有区别,又有联系。公民的监督权和人大代表的监督权是个体权,国家机关的监督权是集体权;个体权是集体权的基础。政治监督权与自治监督权,在监督的主体、监督的对象、监督的法律依据、监督的性质等方面互有差别,但也有相通之处。
[Abstract]:The supervision power of citizens, deputies to the people's Congress and the supervisory power of state organs are both different and related.The supervision power of citizens and deputies to the people's Congress is the individual right, the supervisory power of the state organs is the collective right, and the individual right is the basis of the collective right.The power of political supervision and the power of autonomous supervision are different from each other in the subject of supervision, the object of supervision, the legal basis of supervision, the nature of supervision, and so on, but there are also similarities.
