力量素质训练对中学生实心球成绩的影响

【摘要】:如今体育成绩已纳入初升高考试范畴中,原地掷实心球作为其中比较重要的考试项目之一,学生考试成绩的好坏将直接影响到初升高考试的总成绩。掷实心球项目是以力量为基础的运动项目,所以力量素质对掷实心球的成绩好坏有着直接重要的影响。本文通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对该题进行实验研究和理论分析,通过实验前对24名学生身高、体重、肌肉围度以及实心球成绩的测试,经过两个半月10周19节课的教学与练习得出结果如下:实验后实验组与对照组组内之间横向的比较,我们测得了身高、体重以及实心球的成绩,并对左右上臂围度、胸围、左右大腿围度也进行了测量。实验组的学生在进行了力量素质练习后,身体的肌肉围度、体重和所测的成绩与实验前的成绩存在着明显的差异。基础力量的增加带动着快速力量的发展,我们从实验后实心球的成绩的提高可证明力量素质练习对实心球成绩的影响是显著的。实验后实验组与对照组之间进行了纵向的比较,实验后实验一组实心球平均成绩为12.0±1.2实验二组实心球平均成绩为7.3±0.3;对照一组的实心球成绩为9.5±0.5,对照二组的实心球平均成绩为6.0±0.6。实验组与对照组实心球成绩通过配对样本T检验,检验结果均是P0.05,故实验组与对照组的成绩具有显著性差异。结论,教师在教授和讲解运动技术时可通过其它学科与体育之间的联系对运动技能进行讲解分析,使学生们了解所学技能的原理,提高学生的认知能力。由于对运动生物力学理论的研究,使学生掷实心球时关节的角度更合理化,采用力量素质的练习方法和手段具有科学性。采用科学的练习方法,对运动技术加以纠正、巩固,使学生对运动技术建立良好的条件反射。通过解剖学理论的研究,使发力的主动肌群的肌肉类型的发展更具准确性。肌肉类型良好的发展,使神经系统控制各肌肉在发力时更具协调性、连贯性,让动作技术不仅要能做得到,还要做得协调,动作协调了运动才具有了美感。良好的身体素质的发展不仅能使学生避免运动损伤,还可以为运动技术的提高起到促进作用,反之若想提高运动技术就必须发展与其相对应的身体素质,从而达到提高运动成绩的目的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, sports scores have been included in the category of initial elevated examination. Throwing solid ball in situ is one of the more important examination items, and the quality of students' test results will directly affect the total results of the initial elevated examination.Solid ball throwing is a sport based on strength, so strength quality has a direct and important influence on the result of solid ball throwing.This paper carries on the experimental research and theoretical analysis to this question through the literature data method, the experiment method, the mathematical statistics method, and tests the height, the weight, the muscle circumference and the solid ball score of 24 students before the experiment.After two and a half months of teaching and practice in 19 classes for 10 weeks, the results are as follows: after the experiment, the horizontal comparison between the experimental group and the control group, we measured the height, weight and solid ball scores, and measured the circumference of the left and right upper arms, the chest circumference.The circumference of the left and right thighs was also measured.There were significant differences in muscle circumference, body weight and test scores between the experimental group and the experimental group after strength training.The increase of basic strength leads to the development of fast strength. The improvement of the results of solid ball after experiment can prove that the influence of strength quality practice on solid ball performance is remarkable.After the experiment, a longitudinal comparison was made between the experimental group and the control group. After the experiment, the average score of the experimental group was 12.0 卤1.2, the average score of the experimental group was 7.3 卤0.3, the mean score of the control group was 9.5 卤0.5, and the average score of the control group was 6.0 卤0.6.The test results were all P0.05, so there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion: when teaching and explaining sports skills, teachers can explain and analyze motor skills through the relationship between other subjects and physical education, so that students can understand the principles of the skills they have learned and improve their cognitive ability.Because of the research on the theory of sports biomechanics, the angle of joint when students throw solid ball is more reasonable, and it is scientific to adopt the method and means of strength quality practice.By using scientific practice method, the author corrects and consolidates the sports technique, so that the students can establish a good conditioned reflex to the sport technique.Through the study of anatomical theory, the development of muscle type of active muscle group is more accurate.The good development of muscle type makes the nervous system control the muscles to be more coordinated and coherent in the process of exerting force, so that the action technique should not only be able to do, but also be coordinated, and the movement should be coordinated in order to have a sense of beauty.The development of good physical fitness can not only make students avoid sports injury, but also promote the improvement of sports technology. Otherwise, if we want to improve sports technology, we must develop the corresponding physical quality.In order to achieve the goal of improving sports performance.
