教育变革时代中小学校长的本体使命

【摘要】：变革已然成为当前我国基础教育的主流话语和事实形态,只有指向文明之境的教育变革才能革除基础教育中的沉疴积弊、匡正教育本真、重振教育信心。中小学校长对教育变革的认识、胸怀与智慧,对变革之学校治理中的本体使命理解、选择与行动,直接关乎教育变革的成败。因此,中小学校长应该意识到教育变革的常态化及其动力价值,建构"适应与引领"的格局与智慧,并深刻认识到研究教育理念、领导课程与教学、优化教师教育、转向学校治理与建设学校文化是其成就自我教育抱负以及成就他者之教育托付的本体使命。
[Abstract]:Reform has become the mainstream discourse and factual form of basic education in our country. Only the educational reform pointing to the civilized environment can eliminate the ills in basic education, correct the true nature of education and reinvigorate educational confidence.The understanding, mind and wisdom of the primary and middle school principals on the educational reform, the understanding of the Noumenon mission in the school governance of the reform, the choice and the action, are directly related to the success or failure of the educational reform.Therefore, the principals of primary and secondary schools should realize the normality of educational reform and its dynamic value, construct the pattern and wisdom of "adaptation and guidance", and deeply realize the research of educational ideas, the leadership curriculum and teaching, and the optimization of teacher education.Turning to school governance and building school culture is the Noumenon mission of achieving self-education ambition and educational entrustment of others.
