中学数学课堂讨论有效性评价及改进策略

【摘要】:课改以来以学生为主体、教师为主导的教育理念越来越得到认可。学校教育在学生的主体性发挥上起着重要的作用,而学校教育的实施往往是通过课堂教学的方式来实现。课堂教学中传统的讲授法以知识目标为主要目标,而忽视了学生能力目标和情感态度价值观的培养。讨论教学法由于自身的优越性被广泛使用。在这种课堂“讨论热”盛行的当下,如何评价课堂讨论有效性以及怎样改进成为教育工作者关注的重要议题。本文在文献分析、问卷调查的基础上对当前课堂讨论中存在的问题进行了总结。从教师角度、学生角度、环境角度三个方面分析了课堂讨论方法应用现状。结合有效教学的评价维度,针对课堂讨论运用现状分析,提出了有效课堂讨论的评价指标:教学目标完成度、学生的参与度、讨论时间、主题紧扣度、课堂氛围、创新思维贡献度、讨论的总结与交流等。以有效性评价指标为基础,从教学组织角度出发,提出了在课堂讨论前、课堂讨论中、课堂讨论后三个阶段就如何改进数学课堂讨论性的提出建议。课堂讨论前对讨论的问题要精心设置,讨论小组成员配备要合理,讨论开展时机要恰当。课堂讨论中明确课堂讨论的目的与讨论中所应扮演的角色,密切关注讨论动,充分总结讨论结果。课堂讨论结束后,教师要及时带领学生共同反思,去发现本节课堂讨论中的优点和不足,为后续的讨论提供经验。运用本文的研究成果,分别就新授课和复习课给了两种案例,证实了本文提出的方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Since the curriculum reform, students as the main body, teachers-led education more and more accepted. School education plays an important role in students' subjectivity, and the implementation of school education is often realized through classroom teaching. The traditional teaching method in classroom teaching takes the knowledge goal as the main goal, but neglects the cultivation of students' ability goal and emotional attitude and values. Discussion teaching method is widely used because of its superiority. How to evaluate the effectiveness of classroom discussion and how to improve it become an important issue for educators to pay attention to. On the basis of literature analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the existing problems in classroom discussion. This paper analyzes the application of classroom discussion methods from three aspects: teacher, student and environment. Combined with the evaluation dimension of effective teaching, this paper analyzes the present situation of classroom discussion, and puts forward the evaluation indexes of effective classroom discussion: the degree of completion of teaching goal, the degree of students' participation, the time of discussion, the degree of closeness of subject, the atmosphere of classroom. Contribution of innovative thinking, summary and exchange of discussions. Based on the effectiveness evaluation index and from the perspective of teaching organization, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the discussion of mathematics classroom before, during and after the classroom discussion. The discussion should be carefully designed before the class discussion, the discussion group should be reasonably staffed, and the discussion time should be appropriate. In the classroom discussion, the purpose and the role of the discussion should be clearly defined, pay close attention to the action of the discussion, and summarize the results of the discussion. After the class discussion, the teacher should lead the students to reflect together in time to discover the advantages and disadvantages of the class discussion in this section, and to provide experience for the subsequent discussion. Using the research results of this paper, two cases of new teaching and revision are given, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
