语文特级教师李镇西的专题研究

【摘要】：在现今素质教育实施的过程中,由于教师的理论知识匮乏和专业素养不足,导致学生的主体性没有得到充分的重视,学生的尊严与人格没有真正得到尊重;而教师在教育教学中深受传统与现代两种教育思想的干扰,放不开又“蹲”不下,显得不知所措。特别是广大一线教师能够明了名师的教学思想和教学艺术包含的内容,却不能和自身特点很好的结合,只能生搬硬套。本文在分析李镇西老师个案的基础上,总结李镇西老师教育教学的成长经验,为广大一线教师提供借鉴。本论文首先通过梳理特级教师的建立与发展,总结分析他们的共性与个性。其次,采用个案研究法对第二代语文特级教师的杰出代表李镇西进行研究分析,通过研究分析得出:李镇西老师的教育教学实践历程可分为早期实践历程、成长中的实践历程和形成一定模式的实践历程三个阶段,李镇西老师在教育教学实践成长的过程中主要体现出了爱心教育思想和民主与平等的教育思想,形成了鲜明的教学艺术特色,包括教学设计艺术、教学语言艺术、课堂导入艺术、教学启发艺术、教学反思艺术和教学智慧艺术等。最后,针对教师的茫然,从四个方面总结出语文特级教师李镇西的教育教学历程、教育思想和教学艺术对广大一线教师的启示,希望能够为广大一线教师的提升提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the process of implementing quality education today, due to the lack of teachers' theoretical knowledge and lack of professionalism, the students' subjectivity has not been fully paid attention to, and the dignity and personality of the students are not truly respected; and the teachers are deeply disturbed by the traditional and modern two educational ideas in Education and teaching. In particular, the majority of the teachers can understand the teaching thought and the content of the teaching art of the famous teachers, but they can not combine with their own characteristics well, but they can only move hard. Based on the analysis of the case of teacher Li Zhenxi, this paper sums up the growing experience of teacher Li Zhenxi's education and teaching, and provides a loan for the majority of the teachers. In this paper, first of all, by combing the establishment and development of the special teachers, this paper summarizes and analyzes their commonness and personality. Secondly, this paper studies and analyses the outstanding representative of the second generation of Chinese language teachers by case study. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the practice course of teacher Li Zhenxi's teaching and education can be divided into the early practice course, and it can be concluded. In the three stages of the long course of practice and the practical course of forming a certain pattern, teacher Li Zhenxi mainly embodied the thought of love education and the educational thought of democracy and equality during the course of the development of education and teaching, and formed the distinctive artistic features of teaching, including the art of teaching design, the art of teaching language, the introduction of art in the classroom, and the teaching of teaching. Learning to inspire art, teaching reflection art and teaching wisdom and so on. Finally, according to the loss of teachers, from four aspects summed up the teaching course of Chinese special teacher Li Zhenxi, the Enlightenment of educational thought and teaching art to the broad line teachers, hoping to provide a certain reference for the promotion of a broad line of teachers.
