高中英语个性化教学现状与对策研究

【摘要】：个性化教学是教师以个性化的教为手段,满足学生个性化的学习,并促进个体人格健康发展的教学活动。高中阶段是青少年塑造个性的最关键时期,学校教育在加速、主导和定向个性的发展方面起着至关重要的作用,在高中实行个性化教学,有利于对学生独特性和创造性的培养。然而在当前的英语课堂教学中,完全顺利的开展个性化教学还是存在一定困难的。本研究对高中英语个性化教学的现状进行了较为系统的研究,分析出目前存在的影响个性化教学的相关因素,从而提出相应的对策,为完善高中英语个性化教学的实施提供一定的理论参考,进一步提高高中英语的教学效果。本论文首先对问题提出的背景、研究目的与意义、文献综述、研究思路和方法、重难点及创新之处进行分析。其次,对个性化教学的相关理论进行了梳理,以建构主义教学理论、人本主义教学理论、多元智能理论和程序教学理论为理论依据,对高中英语个性化教学的内涵及其特征进行阐述。本论文采用文献法,问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,对高中英语个性化教学的现状进行分析,通过调查数据结果发现高中英语个性化教学仍然存在一些问题,如教学方法上忽视对学生自主学习能力的培养,教学内容难以满足不同学生的个性发展需求以及教学过程忽视英语学习中学生的个别差异。造成这些问题的原因主要在于教师个性化教学观念滞后、教学评价标准单一、教师尚未形成个性化教学风格、教师专业知识水平和专业能力不高,以及升学考试制度的影响。本论文通过进一步分析,提出推进高中英语个性化教学的实施策略,其中包括教师树立个性化教学观念、创建个性化教学风格、制定个性化教学目标、采用个性化教学组织形式、实施个性化教学评价体系、提高教师自身专业知识水平和专业能力、以及改革英语考试制度。这些策略为高中英语个性化教学更好地做到尊重学生的个性差异,结合学生的不同特点进行分类指导,以及因材施教提供一定的可用价值。
[Abstract]:Individualized teaching is a teaching activity in which teachers take individualized teaching as a means to satisfy students' individualized learning and to promote the healthy development of individual personality. The senior middle school stage is the most critical period for teenagers to shape their personality. School education plays a vital role in accelerating, leading and directing the development of personality. Individualized teaching in senior high school is conducive to the cultivation of students' uniqueness and creativity. However, in the current English classroom teaching, it is still difficult to carry out individualized teaching. This study makes a systematic study on the current situation of individualized English teaching in senior high school, and analyzes the relevant factors that affect the individualized teaching, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. To improve the implementation of high school English personalized teaching to provide a certain theoretical reference, further improve the high school English teaching effect. In this paper, the background, research purpose and significance, literature review, research ideas and methods, key difficulties and innovations are analyzed. Secondly, the relevant theories of individualized teaching are combed, which are based on constructivism teaching theory, humanism teaching theory, multiple intelligence theory and program teaching theory. This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of individualized English teaching in senior high school. This paper analyzes the current situation of individualized English teaching in senior high school by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, and finds out that there are still some problems in individualized English teaching in senior high school. For example, the teaching method neglects the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability, the teaching content is difficult to meet the needs of different students' personality development, and the teaching process neglects the individual differences of English learning students. The main causes of these problems are that the teachers' individualized teaching concept lags behind, the teaching evaluation standard is single, the teachers have not yet formed the individualized teaching style, the teachers' professional knowledge level and professional ability are not high, and the influence of the entrance examination system. Through further analysis, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote individualized English teaching in senior high school, including teachers' setting up individualized teaching concept, creating individualized teaching style, and formulating individualized teaching objectives. Adopting individualized teaching organization, implementing individualized teaching evaluation system, improving teachers' own professional knowledge and ability, and reforming the English examination system. These strategies provide some useful value for the individualized English teaching in senior high school to better respect the students' personality differences, to guide the students according to their different characteristics, and to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
