新疆兵团第七师团场中小学音乐教育现状分析及对策研究
[Abstract]:Music education is an important part of quality education, which plays an important role in cultivating students' aesthetic ability, creativity, self-confidence and correct values. The state has carried out a series of reforms in music education, and put forward some measures to promote the level of music education, especially the promulgation and implementation of the New Curriculum Standards for Music in Primary and Middle Schools. Make more and more people realize the importance of music education. From the aspects of strengthening the construction of teachers, perfecting the music education system and enriching the students' music activities, there has been a great improvement. However, due to many reasons, the development of music education is unbalanced in Tuanchang primary and secondary schools, especially compared with the developed regions, music education model schools have a big gap. According to my three years' work experience in the middle and primary schools of the Seventh Division, combined with the methods of questionnaire, interview and observation, the author investigated the students, the music teachers, the school leaders, etc., of the middle and primary schools in the seventh division. The author hopes to find out the problems existing in the music education in the middle and primary schools of the 7th Division Tuanchang, analyze the reasons and find out the countermeasures. According to the author's own practice and work experience in the seventh division's middle and primary schools, this paper aims at the music education problems of the seventh division's middle and primary schools through the way of questionnaire, and gives the music teachers to the seventh division's middle and primary schools. The students conducted a survey and used SPSS to collate and analyze the data. The study found that the higher departments and schools pay less attention to music education, the school leaders and class teachers need to improve the concept of music education, the music teaching equipment is lacking, the school music extracurricular practical activities are relatively less, the school-based curriculum is less. The teachers' scientific research level needs to be improved, the professional quality level of music teachers is on the low side, the music teachers' workload is large, the treatment is not equal, the music teachers' classroom management ability needs to be improved, and the music evaluation system is single. There are few opportunities for music teachers to participate in the training, social atmosphere has a certain impact on music education, parents do not support music education, and excellent children's songs are relatively lacking. According to the actual situation of the middle and primary schools in the seventh division, the author proposes to call on the higher education departments and school leaders to change their thoughts and pay attention to music education, increase their investment in music education, and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. To improve the professional quality of music teachers and music classroom management ability, appeal to the community to care about music education and other suggestions. This study appeals to the leaders, teachers and parents of the 7th Division Tuanchang School to pay more attention to the music education of their students. The research will help the Department of Education of the Seventh Division to find out the problems in the music education in the middle and primary schools of the Seventh Division Tuanchang School. In order to improve the quality education and music education in the middle and primary schools of the seventh division, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the music education in the middle and primary schools of the seventh division regiment, so as to promote the overall development of the students in the seventh division league farm.
