教学现场感:教师改进课堂教学的隐性素养

【摘要】:教学现场感是教师个体对课堂的感受、感知和感悟能力,是教师改进课堂教学的隐性素养,它具有综合性、情境性、差异性和潜隐性四个特征。而当前课堂教学实践中,教师备课时忽视预设、课堂中缺乏情感投入、教学中主体转换失当、结课后缺少有效反省,削弱了教师对教学的感受力。引导教师的增强职业认同感、激发教学想象能力、提升课堂敏感知觉能力以及提高自觉检视反思能力,或可为培育教学现场感提供可能路径。
[Abstract]:The teaching scene sense is the teacher's individual feeling, perception and perception ability to the classroom, is the teacher's recessive accomplishment to improve the classroom teaching, it has the comprehensive, the situational nature, the difference and the latent recessive four characteristics. In the current classroom teaching practice, teachers ignore the presupposition, lack of emotional input in the classroom, improper conversion of the main body in the teaching, lack of effective reflection after the completion of class, which weakens the teachers' ability to feel about the teaching. Guiding teachers to enhance their professional identity, stimulate their teaching imagination, enhance their ability of sensitive perception in class, and improve their ability of self-examination and introspection may provide a possible way to cultivate the sense of teaching site.
