班主任工作得心应手的策略

【摘要】：班主任作为班级的管理者,如何在学生健康成长的路上成为其"引领者",需要一份教书育人的情怀,更需要管理班级工作的策略与方法。本文试图从日常工作的角度,谈一谈在班级管理中通过共同管理、创设多样活动、家校共建等管理策略与方式,引导学生真正成长。
[Abstract]:Class teacher, as the manager of class, how to become the "leader" of students on the way of healthy growth needs a feeling of teaching and educating people, and the strategy and method of managing class work. From the perspective of daily work, this paper tries to talk about the management strategies and methods of class management, such as common management, creation of various activities and co-construction of home and school, so as to guide students to grow up.
