武汉市部分中学学生体适能差异分析研究

【摘要】:本论文研究过程中,针对性地设计了体适能问卷调查,通过从学校的场馆面积、生均使用面积、体育教师人数、学生锻炼时间与学生身体反应状况、学生锻炼场所、锻炼方式、家庭成员锻炼影响、学习目标设定、学生锻炼意愿、素质课的开展和健康体适能测试等方面构成了完整的调查方案,进一步揭示武汉市部分中学不同层级学生体适能差异的原因。选取的对象分别是湖北省武汉市武昌区三所具有代表性的学校:一所湖北省省级示范优质高中华中师范大学第一附属中学,一所是省级示范高中武汉市第十四中学,一所是市级示范高中武汉市第三十九中。反映当前教育活动下15-18岁在校学生健康体适能的真实情况及发现的问题。武汉市不同层级中学学生健康体适能情况是不是由于学校教育教学差异而产生了不同?武汉市不同层级中学学生健康体适能的差异是不是文化成绩的差异就必然导致健康体适能的差异?武汉市不同层级学中学学生健康体适能的差异是不是学生对健康认识不同导致的差异?武汉市不同层级中学学生健康体适能的差异是不是来源于家庭因素?通过针对性的健康体适能问卷调查、通过健康体适能测试等数据分析,得出以下结论:1、不同层级的学校在校园配套运动设施、学生日常锻炼时间、学生喜欢的运动形式、学生终身锻炼的意识、家长对学生锻炼的影响都有所不同。2、三所学校的学生区别在于中考后所上的不同类别的高中来区分,除了在中考成绩外有所差别,三所学校的学生在实际研究中存在着不同层级的青少年健康体适能差异。3、省级优质高中、省级示范高中、市级示范高中学生在锻炼意识、锻炼时间、锻炼效果上的差异,探究不同层级的高中生学习压力、学习目标设定不同导致健康体适能的差别。4、通过高效课堂教学有利于改善体适能现状,大力推行素质学分改革、增加体育课程、提供不同类别的体育选修课程,让不同层级的学生积极参与体育锻炼。5、落实好各项利于学生发展的法规,帮助学生进一步了解、掌握锻炼的方式方法,引导学生加强日常锻炼,根植学生终生锻炼的信念。
[Abstract]:In the course of the research, the author designed the questionnaire of physical fitness according to the area of gymnasium, the area of average use of students, the number of physical education teachers, the time of students' exercise and the state of students' physical reaction, the place of students' exercise, the way of exercise. Family members' exercise influence, learning goal setting, students' exercise intention, the development of quality classes and the test of health and physical fitness constitute the complete investigation program. Further reveal the reasons for the differences of students' physical fitness at different levels in some middle schools in Wuhan. The selected objects are three representative schools in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province: a provincial model high school in Hubei Province, the first affiliated Middle School of Central China normal University, and the 14th Middle School of Wuhan City, a provincial model high school. One is the city model high school Wuhan City 39. Reflects the current educational activities of 15-18-year-old students in the physical fitness of the real situation and found problems. Is the health and physical fitness of middle school students at different levels in Wuhan different due to the differences in school education and teaching? Is the difference of students' Health and physical Fitness in different levels of Middle School in Wuhan necessarily the result of Cultural Achievement? Is the difference of students' health fitness in different levels of middle school in Wuhan due to the difference of students' understanding of health? Does the difference of health and physical fitness of middle school students at different levels in Wuhan come from family factors? Through the questionnaire survey of health fitness and the data analysis of fitness test, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Different levels of schools in the campus supporting sports facilities, students' daily exercise time, students like sports form, and so on, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, different levels of schools in the campus sports facilities, students' daily exercise time, students like to exercise form. The students' consciousness of lifelong exercise and the influence of parents on students' exercise are all different. 2. The difference among the students of the three schools lies in the different types of high schools they attend after the middle school examination, except for the results in the middle school exams. There are differences in the physical fitness of adolescents at different levels among the students in the three schools. 3There are differences in exercise consciousness, exercise time and exercise effect among the students of provincial high school, provincial model high school, and municipal model high school. Exploring the learning pressure of high school students at different levels, and setting different learning goals lead to the difference of health and physical fitness. 4. Through efficient classroom teaching, we can improve the current situation of physical fitness, vigorously carry out the quality credit reform, and increase the physical education curriculum. To provide different types of elective courses for physical education, to enable students at different levels to actively participate in physical exercise. 5. To implement various laws and regulations conducive to the development of students, and to help students further understand and master the ways and methods of exercise. Guide students to strengthen their daily exercise and cultivate their beliefs of lifelong exercise.
