学校组织创新气氛、中学体育教师心理资本与创新行为的关系研究
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of innovation, innovation has become the focus of attention. With the deepening of educational reform, innovation has been related to the survival and development of schools. At present, the research on the relationship between organizational innovation climate and individual innovation behavior is mostly based on enterprises, but the research on school organizational innovation climate and middle school PE teachers' innovative behavior is rare. On the basis of reading a large number of documents, this study analyzes and summarizes the organizational innovation climate, psychological capital and innovative behavior theory, and adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, and so on. Taking middle school physical education teachers as the object of investigation, we revised the school organizational innovation atmosphere and the psychological capital scale of middle school physical education teachers, compiled the questionnaire of middle school physical education teachers' innovative behavior, and analyzed the present situation of middle school physical education teachers' innovative behavior. SPSS and AMOS software are used to analyze the function mechanism of school organization innovation atmosphere, middle school PE teachers' psychological capital and innovative behavior. Finally, the results of the study are analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. The results are as follows: 1. The questionnaire of creative behavior of PE teachers in middle school consists of two dimensions, creative generation and creative implementation, with a total of 10 topics. The Cronbach a coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.819 (the Cronbach a coefficient of creativity generation and creative implementation is 0.742 and 0.756 respectively). The structural validity of the questionnaire on innovation behavior of middle school PE teachers is tested by structural equation model. The results show that: GFI, Each index of IFI,AGFI,NF1,CFI,TLI0.9,RMSEA0.08, reached the better fitting standard, and the structure validity of the questionnaire was better. 2. 2. Gender has no significant influence on psychological capital and innovative behavior of middle school PE teachers. School attributes have a significant impact on the psychological capital and innovative behavior of middle school PE teachers. Among them, the psychological capital and innovative behavior of PE teachers in key middle schools are higher than those in ordinary middle schools. 4. 4. The teaching age has significant influence on the psychological capital and innovative behavior of middle school PE teachers. Among them, the scores of psychological capital of middle school PE teachers in 11-20 years were significantly higher than that of middle school PE teachers under 10 years, and there was no significant difference between the other two. The score of innovation behavior of middle school PE teachers in 11-20 years was significantly higher than that of 20 years or more, and there was no significant difference between the other two groups. 5. The school organization innovation atmosphere has the positive influence to the middle school physical education teacher's innovation behavior. 6. The school organization innovation atmosphere has the positive influence on the middle school physical education teacher's psychological capital. The psychological capital of middle school PE teachers has a positive influence on their innovative behavior. Psychological capital plays a full intermediary role between school organizational innovation climate and middle school PE teachers' innovative behavior.
