学生体质测试结果对哈尔滨市初中体育课程设置的影响研究

【摘要】:21世纪以来,随着世界经济迅猛发展、科技飞速进步、知识的交叉融合,人们生活水平不断提高,随之而来的紧张而激烈的竞争和压力也不断增加,青少年作为祖国现代化加深的栋梁,肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。这就要求新时代的青少年不仅要有丰富的文化知识,更要有强健的体魄适应社会的变迁国家给予的机遇与挑战,初中生处在青春期是人体发育的重要阶段,拥有健康的体质与青少年今后的学习和生活密切相关。目前初中生体质测试不达标,改进体育课设置,发挥体育课作用,以体质测试为指导,设置符合初中生强健体质需求的体育课程迫在眉睫。为了解哈尔滨地区初中生体质情况及体育课设置对初中生体质的影响,本文对黑龙江省哈尔滨市5所中学展开调研,具体包括:7中、33中、100中、124中、159中。对五所中学的六年、七年、八年和九年级的学生的体质测试结果展开分析;同时,对这些学生体育课程的相关情况进行问卷调查,结合专家和体育教师的调查问卷,提出对哈尔滨市初中体育课程发展的见解。方法:对哈尔滨市7中、7中、33中、100中、124中、159中体质测试数据进行调查分析。结果:哈尔滨市五所中学,学生体质除身高指数岁年龄增长而增长外,其余指标不合格比重过大,学生体质测试结果不容乐观。结论:学校对学生体质健康水平的影响最为重要。学生体质健康素质不合格,改变学校对体育课程的设置势在必行。初中生体质下降的因素有多方面原因,如环境、初中生自身、家庭、学校,但经本文调查认为运动不足是哈尔滨市初中生体质健康水平下降的基本原因,而学校体育是提高学生运动量的主要途径,学校体育的开展又主要在于体育课,体育课程的设置是达到体育课提高体质效能的重要环节,正确的设置学生喜欢、符合哈尔滨地方特色、能加大学生运动量、改善学生体质的体育课程,从而改善学生的体质健康水平。因而在此意义上,本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、抽样调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,以哈尔滨市5所初中为例,探讨学校体育课设置与学生体质测试的关系,寻找切实方法合理设置体育课程,提高学生体质。本文研究结论如下:哈尔滨市初中生身体素质有待提高;目前的初中体育课无法满足学生提高身体素质的需求;应该制定新的体育课程来改善初中生体质测试结果不理想的现状。体育课是广大中学生在校期间获得锻炼身体,增强身体素质的有效途径和手段。以哈尔滨地区中学生体质测试结果为指导思想,对体育课进行调整,以增加学生运动量,改善学生体质。建议从加大学校重视,不得占用体育课时间,及改善体育课教学内容设置等方面对体育课程进行改革。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of the world economy, the rapid progress of science and technology, the cross-integration of knowledge, people's living standards have been constantly improved, followed by the intense and intense competition and pressure are also increasing. Young people, as the pillars of the motherland's modernization, shoulder the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This requires young people in the new era not only to have rich cultural knowledge, but also to have a strong physique to adapt to the opportunities and challenges offered by the changing society. Junior high school students are in an important stage of human development when they are in puberty. Having a healthy constitution is closely related to the future study and life of teenagers. At present, the physical test of junior high school students is not up to the standard, so it is urgent to improve the physical education curriculum, to give full play to the role of physical education, and to set up the physical education curriculum that meets the needs of the junior high school students to strengthen their physique. In order to understand the physical condition of junior high school students in Harbin area and the effect of physical education course setting on the physical fitness of junior high school students, this paper investigates 5 middle schools in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, including 7 middle schools, 33 middle schools, 100 middle schools, 124 middle schools and 159 middle schools. The results of physical fitness tests for students in the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades of five secondary schools were analyzed. At the same time, this paper carries on the questionnaire survey to these students' physical education curriculum related situation, unifies the expert and the physical education teacher's questionnaire, puts forward the opinion to the Harbin junior middle school physical education curriculum development. Methods: the physical test data of 7, 7, 33, 100, 124, 159 in Harbin were investigated and analyzed. Results: in five middle schools of Harbin, the students' physique was increased except for the increase of age and age of height index, and the proportion of other indexes was too large, so the result of students' physique test was not optimistic. Conclusion: the influence of school on students' physical health is the most important. Students' physical health quality is not up to standard, so it is imperative to change the physical education curriculum. There are many reasons for the decline of junior high school students' physique, such as environment, junior high school students themselves, family, school, but through the investigation of this article, it is concluded that lack of exercise is the basic reason for the decline of physical health level of junior high school students in Harbin. The school physical education is the main way to improve the students' sports quantity, and the development of the school physical education mainly lies in the physical education class. The physical education curriculum is an important link to improve the physical efficiency of the physical education class. According to the local characteristics of Harbin, it can increase the amount of college students' exercise, improve the physical fitness of students, and thus improve the students' physical health level. Therefore, in this sense, through the methods of literature, expert interview, sampling investigation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on, this paper takes 5 junior high schools in Harbin as an example. This paper probes into the relationship between physical education curriculum and students' physique test, and looks for practical ways to set up physical education course reasonably and improve students' physique. The conclusions of this study are as follows: the physical fitness of junior high school students in Harbin needs to be improved, the present physical education in junior middle school can not meet the needs of students to improve their physical fitness; A new physical education curriculum should be developed to improve the status quo of unsatisfactory physical fitness test results for junior high school students. Physical education is an effective way and means for middle school students to get physical exercise and improve their physical quality. Taking the result of physical fitness test of middle school students in Harbin area as the guiding ideology, this paper adjusts the physical education class in order to increase the amount of students' exercise and improve the students' physique. It is suggested that the reform of physical education course should be carried out from the aspects of increasing the attention of schools, not taking up the time of physical education, and improving the setting of teaching contents of physical education.
