现代化视域下基础教育治理路径转向研究

【摘要】:基础教育与"现代化"相关联,旨在通过一种新的理论范式为视角,以探究基础教育治理现代化的深层实践困囿,主要表现为:法治欠缺、制度不足、理念滞后、主体失衡、手段单一等矛盾。因此,基础教育治理必须与现代化内含诉求相呼应,打破传统管理惯性,实现以法治化保障为前提、完善的制度为基础、先进的理念为先导、政府主导的多元主体及信息化治理为手段的协同共治,以期推进基础教育治理现代化的发展。
[Abstract]:The basic education is related to "modernization". It aims at exploring the deep practice of the modernization of basic education through a new theoretical paradigm, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: lack of rule of law, insufficient system, lagging idea and imbalance of subject. Single means and other contradictions. Therefore, the governance of basic education must echo with the inherent demands of modernization, break the inertia of traditional management, realize the premise of rule by law, perfect system as the foundation, advanced idea as forerunner, In order to promote the development of the modernization of basic education governance, the government-led multi-subject and information-based governance are the means of co-operation.
