一位优秀高中思想政治教师专业发展的叙事研究
[Abstract]:Tao Xingzhi once said: "the rise and fall of the country depends on education", education is the foundation of the nation, the key to the success or failure of education lies in teachers. In more detail, the so-called "teacher professional development" is a process in which teachers master professional teaching skills, constantly acquire role expectations related to teacher posts, and standardize professionalization and socialization. The professional development of teachers can be said to have a direct impact on the level and quality of education, especially the excellent teachers as a leader in the team of teachers, its guidance and demonstration of the professional development of ordinary or new teachers play an irreplaceable role in the professional development. By studying the typical professional development process of excellent teachers, analyzing the important events and the key internal and external factors in the course of their growth, we can extract the experience and lessons that have universal enlightening significance. Thus for more teachers' professional development to provide a valuable train of thought. Ideological and political course is the only moral education course in middle school. It has irreplaceable function for the shaping of middle school students' world outlook, outlook on life and values. Therefore, it is very important to study the professional development of ideological and political teachers. This article adopts the narrative research method in the qualitative research, takes an excellent senior high school ideological and political teacher in Nanning middle school in Guangxi as the typical research object of the thesis, after a long time of interview and communication, In order to restore the teacher's daily teaching activities and educational events, the author carefully and deeply explores the teacher's educational thinking and classroom teaching situation, collects and arranges narrative content by means of interview and classroom observation, and tries his best to restore the teacher's daily teaching activities and educational events. With the help of the narration and analysis of a series of daily teaching activities and typical events, it reflects the objective and scientific understanding of the professional development of the teachers studied, thus abstracting the material for discussion and in-depth study. Provide a model for the development of other teachers. This master's thesis is divided into five major parts: the first part: introduction. According to the situation of middle school teachers' professional development under the background of new reform and the requirements of high-level middle school ideological and political teachers' professional development, this paper puts forward the purpose and significance of the research, and draws up the research ideas according to the research contents. The research methods used in this study are introduced. The second part: the relevant theoretical research on the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. This part includes two aspects, one is to define the four basic concepts of excellent teachers, teachers' professional development, ideological and political teachers' professional development and narrative research, and the other is to summarize the relevant research on teachers' professional development both at home and abroad. In order to establish the foothold of this study. The third part: about the professional growth story of the research object. This part mainly includes the course of professional development, the current situation of professional development and the evaluation of teachers and students in this excellent middle school. The fourth part: the analysis of the professional development story of the research object. This part tries to carry on the theoretical analysis from the research object (an excellent middle school ideological and political teacher) professional development course, the important factor that affects its professional development and the professional development idea these three main aspects. Thus sublimation to the middle school ideological and political teacher professional development rational understanding. The fifth part: through the narration of this excellent middle school ideological and political teacher's story, in order to achieve the enlightenment to the ideological and political teacher's professional development. This part mainly explains the enlightenment from four aspects: establishing professional identity, strengthening self-training, carrying out educational science research and teaching reflection, and providing reference for the professional development of other ideological and political teachers.
