影响中小学生运动能力的功能性动作评价

【摘要】：采用实验测试、文献以及数理统计等方法,对石家庄、广州、西安3个省会城市18所中小学校3 441名(1 751名男生、1 690名女生)学生进行7个动作的功能动作筛查。研究发现:不同地域在同年龄段身体素质、运动能力以及功能性动作能力都存在发展的不平衡性。并进一步探索了影响学生各种运动素质能力的功能性动作类型,发现了不同年龄段学生功能性动作能力存在的缺陷和优势,为进一步发展学生的整体运动能力和功能动作能力提供了方向,使学生身体素质全面发展和提高。
[Abstract]:By means of experimental test, literature and mathematical statistics, 3 441 students (1 751 boys and 1 690 girls) in 18 primary and middle schools in Shijiazhuang, Guangzhou and Xi'an were screened for 7 movements. It is found that there is an imbalance in the development of physical fitness, exercise ability and functional motor ability in different regions at the same age. And further explore the functional action types which affect the students' various sports quality ability, and find out the defects and advantages of the students' functional movement ability in different age groups. It provides a direction for the further development of the students' overall movement ability and functional movement ability, and makes the students' physical quality develop and improve in an all-round way.
