中学物理教师的文化底蕴对中学生学习物理的影响

【摘要】：现在的中学校园里学生之间经常谈论:“学文不学理,学理怕物理”。物理学不会,究其原因,问题的根基还是出在了物理老师的身上。多数物理教师不注重学习文化知识,学识尚浅;不懂得反省自己,人格魅力不够,从而导致了文化底蕴缺乏。学生没有兴趣学习物理,自然而然学不好物理,害怕学物理。如何通过提高物理教师的文化底蕴,使学生能够乐意接受物理,是本文研究的主要内容。本文以人格特征理论、陶行知的生活教育理论和奥苏贝尔的意义学习理论为研究基础展开研究。首先采用问卷调查的研究方法,从学生的角度了解物理教师文化底蕴的情况以及物理教师应具备什么样的文化底蕴。本文还采用文献研究的方法,分析了物理学科的特点。物理是一门包罗万象的学科,可以诠释宇宙世间千千万万的原理。物理又是一门科学学科,讲究的是求真、向善、臻美。物理还是一门孕育着自然哲学的学科,它研究问题的方法讲究的是不断地由表及里、回旋式地逼近真理的过程。其次,根据调查结果和物理学科特点,总结了作为一名中学物理教师应该具备的文化底蕴。作为一名中学物理教师在学识方面一定要精通所教的专业学科知识,将专业学科知识从深度以及广度上都有所研究,有所建树,并且还要掌握学生的心理学知识;在人格修方面要有崇高的职业道德、良好的个性修养和真善美的教育观念。最后,结合教学案例说明中学物理教师提高文化底蕴在教育教学中的重要性。“想给学生一杯水,教师就应该有一桶水”。物理被人们称之为万物之理,因此,想成为一名好的物理教师必须有深厚的文化底蕴。本文最后,提出了中学物理教师文化底蕴的积累可以通过丰富学识、专业精神、科学施教、终身学习和读书写作五个方面来进行。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, students on the middle school campus often talk about: "if you learn a text, you are afraid of physics." Physics does not, and the root of the problem lies with the physics teacher. Most physics teachers do not pay attention to the study of cultural knowledge, knowledge is still shallow; do not know self-reflection, personality charm is not enough, resulting in a lack of cultural heritage. Students are not interested in learning physics. Naturally, they are not good at physics. They are afraid of learning physics. How to improve the culture of physics teachers so that students can accept physics is the main content of this paper. This thesis is based on the theory of personality characteristics, Tao Xingzhi's theory of life education and Ausubel's theory of meaning learning. First of all, using the research method of questionnaire, we can understand the situation of physics teachers' culture and what kind of culture teachers should have from the point of view of students. This paper also analyzes the characteristics of physics by the method of literature research. Physics is an all-encompassing discipline that interprets millions of principles in the universe. Physics is also a scientific discipline, paying attention to the truth, to the good, to beauty. Physics is also a subject of natural philosophy. Its method of studying problems is the process of constantly approaching the truth from the surface to the inside. Secondly, according to the investigation results and the characteristics of physics, this paper sums up the cultural connotations that a middle school physics teacher should possess. As a middle school physics teacher, we must master the specialized subject knowledge in the aspect of learning, study the professional subject knowledge from the depth and breadth, make some achievements, and master the psychology knowledge of the students. In the aspect of personality repair, there should be lofty professional ethics, good personality accomplishment and education concept of truth, goodness and beauty. Finally, combined with teaching cases, the importance of middle school physics teachers to improve the cultural background in education and teaching is illustrated. If you want to give students a glass of water, the teacher should have a bucket of water. Physics is called the principle of all things, so to be a good physics teacher must have deep cultural background. Finally, this paper puts forward that the accumulation of middle school physics teachers' culture can be carried out by enriching knowledge, professional spirit, scientific teaching, lifelong learning and reading and writing.
