新课程背景下促进中学地理教师专业发展的教学反思研究

【摘要】:新课程背景下,中学地理新课程改革以全新的理念挑战着地理课程与教学传统,中学地理教师作为新课程的实施者,是新课程建设的决定因素。中学地理教师的专业发展不仅是构成新课程实施的必要条件,也是其自身发展的要求,教学反思作为促进教师专业发展的有效方法和途径,对中学地理教师专业发展具有十分重要的作用。本文以一线中学地理教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查法、访谈调查法、教育观察法和案例分析法等,对中学地理教师教学反思现状展开了调查,对教学反思的认识、行为、时间、内容、方式和角度等六个方面进行了分析,总结出中学地理教师教学反思的特点与教学反思中存在的问题和不足之处,并从教师个人和学校环境两个方面对影响中学地理教学反思的因素进行了分析研究。在此基础上,针对影响中学地理教师教学反思因素的分析,结合笔者自己的教育实践经验与实地观察和访谈中学地理教师的教学反思状况,从教师个人和外部环境两个方面探究促进高中地理教师专业发展的教学反思方法及策略,并结合实际案例分析对教学反思策略在教学实践中的效果做了进一步的实证研究。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new curriculum, the new curriculum reform of middle school geography challenges the geography curriculum and teaching tradition with the new idea. As the implementer of the new curriculum, the middle school geography teacher is the decisive factor of the new curriculum construction. The professional development of middle school geography teachers is not only a necessary condition for the implementation of the new curriculum, but also a requirement for its own development. Teaching reflection is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. It plays a very important role in the professional development of geography teachers in middle schools. This article takes the geography teacher of the first-line middle school as the research object, through the questionnaire survey method, the interview investigation method, the education observation method and the case analysis method and so on, has carried on the investigation to the middle school geography teacher teaching reflection present situation, to the teaching reflection cognition, the behavior, etc. This paper analyzes six aspects of time, content, way and angle, and sums up the characteristics of teaching reflection of middle school geography teachers and the problems and shortcomings in teaching reflection. The factors that influence the reflection of geography teaching in middle school are analyzed from the aspects of teachers' individual and school environment. On this basis, according to the analysis of the influencing factors of middle school geography teachers' teaching reflection, combined with the author's own educational practice experience and on-the-spot observation and interview with the middle school geography teachers' teaching reflection situation, This paper probes into the teaching reflection methods and strategies to promote the professional development of senior high school geography teachers from the aspects of teachers' individual and external environment, and makes a further empirical study on the effect of teaching reflection strategies in teaching practice based on the analysis of practical cases.
