学术型教师培养:学术型中学发展的核心要务

【摘要】:东北师范大学附属中学基于"建设现代化、国际化的学术型中学"的办学目标,致力于培养学术型教师,使其成为推动学校发展的核心要务。学校所倡导的学术型教师是指与学术型中学建设目标相适应的,教育理念先进、教学能力高超、学术能力强劲的教师队伍。这一发展要求是基于学校历史传承、现实需求和未来发展的教师学术属性提出的。根据教师职业的不同发展阶段,形成"三个阶段、一个系统"的学术型教师培养体系。
[Abstract]:Based on the goal of "constructing a modernized and internationalized academic middle school", the affiliated middle school of Northeast normal University is committed to cultivating academic teachers and making it become the core task to promote the development of the school. The academic teachers advocated by the school refers to the teachers with advanced educational ideas, excellent teaching ability and strong academic ability, which are in line with the goal of the construction of academic middle schools. This development requirement is based on the school history inheritance, realistic needs and future development of teachers academic attributes. According to the different development stages of teacher profession, the academic teacher training system of "three stages, one system" is formed.
