国际比较视域下“一科多考”政策研究

【摘要】:英、美、法、芬兰和中国香港的大学入学资质考试实施"一科多考"多年,取得了相对成熟的经验。考试性质定位于标准参照测试,提高了考试评价的科学性;在"限定条件取最优"原则下由大学自主决定如何使用成绩,利于科学选拔人才并稳定考试秩序;通过标准化考试题库来命题组卷,提高了考试评价的有效性;成立专业的考评机构提供系统的考评服务,保障考试评价的质量提升。
[Abstract]:In Britain, USA, France, Finland and Hong Kong, China, the University entrance examination has been carried out for many years, and has gained relatively mature experience. The nature of the examination is positioned in the standard reference test, which improves the scientific nature of the examination evaluation, and under the principle of "choosing the best conditions", the university decides by itself how to use the results, which is conducive to the scientific selection of talents and the stability of the examination order. In order to improve the effectiveness of examination evaluation, a professional examination institution is set up to provide systematic evaluation service to ensure the improvement of the quality of examination evaluation by standardizing the test question bank to set up the test paper.
