案例教学法在初中法律知识教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:案例教学法作为一种在教育教学中运用广泛和有效的方法,在理论和实践中已经取得了长足的发展,并且其特点符合新课程改革标准以及新的教学理念,但是在具体的学科中某一知识教学中的应用还不是很突出。在初中法律知识教学中应用案例教学法,符合初中法律部分教学目标和教学内容,是推进法律知识素质教育的重要途径之一。本文试图通过对案例教学法特点的分析,结合具体案例和实践研究在新课程改革标准以及新的教学理念下,如何在初中法律知识课堂上应用案例教学法,以期能够对改进该方法在实践中存在的主要问题有所帮助。本文主要分为四个部分:第一部分:主要论述了案例教学法在初中法律知识教学中的应用的必要性。之所以强调,是因为它是初中法律教学目标和教学内容的需要,是改变传统知识教学的需要,同时也是推进法律知识素质教育的需要。第二部分:主要论述了案例教学法在初中法律知识教学中的应用原则与步骤。首先阐述了案例教学法在初中法律知识教学中的运用原则,并对每个原则进行具体分析。其次阐述了案例教学法在初中法律知识教学中运用的一般步骤,课前准备、课堂实施、巩固与提升。第三部分:阐述了初中法律知识教学中案例教学法运用存在的主要问题。主要是由以下几个原因造成的:重形式轻实质;忽略法律践行;师生之间未形成有效互动;案例教学效果不佳;案例教学与明辨是非未结合。第四部分:基于对初中法律知识教学中运用案例教学法主要存在的问题进行分析,对案例教学法在初中法律知识教学中的应用进行优化,需做到:寓法律知识与案例之中;最好采用“一案到底”的做法;引导学生反思;注重对学生表现的支持和鼓励;坚持正确的原则和导向。
[Abstract]:As a widely used and effective method in education and teaching, case teaching method has made great progress in theory and practice, and its characteristics are in line with the new curriculum reform standards and new teaching concepts, but the application in a specific subject of knowledge teaching is not very prominent. The application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior middle school is in line with the teaching objectives and contents of the legal part of junior high school, and is one of the important ways to promote the quality education of legal knowledge. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the case teaching method, combined with the concrete case and practice, this paper attempts to study how to apply the case teaching method in the junior middle school legal knowledge classroom under the new curriculum reform standard and the new teaching idea, so as to be helpful to improve the main problems existing in the practice of this method. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: it mainly discusses the necessity of the application of case teaching method in junior high school legal knowledge teaching. It is emphasized because it is the need of law teaching goal and teaching content in junior middle school, the need to change the traditional knowledge teaching, and the need to promote the quality education of legal knowledge at the same time. The second part mainly discusses the application principles and steps of case teaching method in junior high school legal knowledge teaching. First of all, this paper expounds the application principles of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high school, and makes a concrete analysis of each principle. Secondly, it expounds the general steps of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high school, pre-class preparation, classroom implementation, consolidation and promotion. The third part expounds the main problems existing in the application of case teaching method in the teaching of legal knowledge in junior high school. It is mainly caused by the following reasons: emphasizing form over substance; neglecting legal practice; not forming effective interaction between teachers and students; the effect of case teaching is not good; case teaching is not combined with distinguishing right from wrong. The fourth part: based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the application of case teaching method in junior middle school legal knowledge teaching, the application of case teaching method in junior middle school legal knowledge teaching needs to be optimized. It is necessary to integrate legal knowledge and cases; it is best to adopt the practice of "one case to the end"; guide students to reflect; pay attention to the support and encouragement of students' performance; adhere to the correct principles and guidance.
