新高考背景下高中英语教师课程观研究

  2014年国家颁布的《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,拉开了新高考的序幕,必将对高中英语课程与教学产生重大的影响,也对课程的直接实施者——高中英语教师提出了新的挑战。面对新高考带来的挑战,英语教师秉承怎样的课程观,直接影响到他们的教学行为,也意味其能否胜任新高考背景下高中英语课程与教学改革工作。因为教师的课程观指向教师在特定的教学情境中对有关课程与教学现象的某种理论论点与见解的判断。故而,很有必要对新高考背景下高中英语教师课程观进行研究。本文在分析已有研究的基础上,以天水市120名高中英语教师(天水一中、三中、四中、六中、八中以及两所乡镇高中)为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,旨在调查目前天水市高中英语教师课程观的现状,探讨高中英语教师课程观存在的问题,并对具有不同性别、教育背景、教龄、年龄、职称的高中英语教师的课程观进行差异分析,进而提出相应的建议和对策。调查结果发现:在课程目标方面,教师普遍过于重视成绩,绝大多数教师忽略了学生英语听说能力和思维能力的培养;在课程内容方面,超过半数的教师认为英语课程内容由权威专家和教材来确定,只有少数教师认为英语课程内容的设置要以促...
