【摘要】：英语写作是对听、说、读、写等语言技能的综合运用,它不仅要求学生掌握一定数量的单词及语法规则,更要求学生能够熟练自如地将所学知识以文本的形式来完成一定的写作任务。然而,虽然大部分学生掌握了许多词汇和语法规则,但是他们的写作仍然存在很多问题。有的学生写出的文章漏洞百出缺乏逻辑,词不达意,有的学生甚至抵触写作。在这一背景下,国内学者先后引入了不同的英语写作教学方法,比如过程法、体裁法等。但是,这些写作教学方法没有能够从根本上解决高中生的英语写作问题。基于以上情况,国内学者开始采用国际流行的词块教学法,试图给高中英语写作教学注入新鲜的血液,以此改变英语写作费时低效的状况,有效地提高英语学习者的写作能力与水平。因此,笔者以Michael Lewis(1993)的词块教学理论论为理论基础,开展为期一学期的词块教学实验,以期探讨词块教学法对高中生英语写作的影响,试图发掘有效提高学习者写作流利性、地道性的教学新路子。本研究中笔者以广州市第二外国语学校高二两个文科平行班为实验对象,以新课标人教版英语必修5、选修6为教材,以测试及SPSS为研究工具,把两个平行班分为实验班和控制班。在实验教学过程中,笔者对实验班采取词块教学法开展教学,首先向学生介绍何为词块,然后培养学生词块识别意识,接着引导学生记忆词块、巩固词块以及在扩展写作及自由写作练习中运用词块进而再次巩固词块。对控制班传统教学法进行教学。在实验结束后,笔者用SPSS19.0将实验前后实验班与控制班的作文成绩及作文中所用词块的数量与种类用独立样本T检验及配对样本T检验进行分析。分析发现:实验班和控制班的英语水平、作文水平及词块使用数量在实验开展前不存在显著性差异,而实验后存在显著性差异,实验班学生相比于控制班写作成绩显著提高,词块使用数量增多,并且词块种类也多样化。综上所述,词块学习提高了实验班学生的写作成绩,对普通高中生英语写作有积极的影响。本研究对于词块教学法应用于高中英语写作教学具有一定的参考价值。然而,由于时间少样本小等的问题,本研究也存在很多不足,作者在文章的结论部分给出了相应的建议,希望后来研究者引以为鉴。
