【摘要】：文章在梳理2011—2014年著作权方面选择题的基础上,结合部分真题,分析近年来出现频率较高的知识点,帮助考生快速把握著作权方面的重点与难点,并能在答题时合理运用解题技巧,提高正确率。在考试以外,著作权的相关知识对编辑工作亦有指导意义,编辑在工作中要避免侵权,同时,在被侵权时,要维护自身合法权益。
[Abstract]:This paper choice 2011 - 2014 in the sort of copyright issues, combined with the analysis of high frequency part of the way, in recent years the knowledge, to help students quickly grasp the key and difficult aspects of copyright, and reasonable use of problem-solving skills to answer, to improve the accuracy. In the examination, the related knowledge of copyright there is also guidance for editing work that editor at work to avoid infringement, at the same time, in the infringement, to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
