构建黑龙江老年现代教育体系的问题与策略

【摘要】：老年现代教育体系是通过老年大学将老年教育理论和构想化为现实的新的教育组织形式,文章在对老年现代教育体系的内涵、构建原则阐释的同时,审视当下构建黑龙江老年现代教育体系在管理体制、协调机制、教学水平所面临的问题,提出推进黑龙江老年现代教育体系建设策略,要建立和完善黑龙江老年大学管理体制,构建和发展黑龙江老年教育协同机制,深化和提升教育教学科学发展水平。
[Abstract]:The modern education system for the elderly is a new form of educational organization which transforms the theory and conception of the education for the elderly into reality through the university for the aged. The article explains the connotation of the modern education system for the elderly and the construction of the principles at the same time. This paper examines the problems in the management system, coordination mechanism and teaching level of the modern education system for the elderly in Heilongjiang at present, and puts forward some strategies to promote the construction of the modern education system for the elderly in Heilongjiang, so as to establish and perfect the management system of Heilongjiang University for the aged. To construct and develop the cooperative mechanism of senior education in Heilongjiang, and to deepen and improve the level of scientific development of education and teaching.
