成人教育应用型人才培养模式创新研究

【摘要】：随着我国教育事业的不断发展和进步,教育观念得到了更新和完善,我国开始大力倡导和推行终身型学习理念,并出现了新的办学体制。成人教育就是在这种形势下产生的,现已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。当前市场经济发展迅速,我国成人教育的培养重点开始转向应用型复合人才。但是随着产业结构的调整以及技术的不断进步,当前的成人教育已经越来越不能满足应用型人才的需求。因此有必要改进并创新成人教育应用型人才的培养模式。本文主要对我国成人教育应用型人才的培养模式创新进行了具体分析,以供参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of education in our country, the concept of education has been renewed and perfected. Our country has started to advocate and implement the concept of lifelong learning, and a new school running system has emerged. Now it has become an important part of higher education in our country. With the rapid development of market economy, the emphasis of adult education in our country has begun to shift to application-oriented compound talents. However, with the adjustment of industrial structure and the continuous progress of technology, The current adult education has been more and more unable to meet the needs of applied talents. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and innovate the training mode of applied talents in adult education. This paper mainly focuses on the training model of applied talents in China's adult education. Type innovation is analyzed concretely, For reference.
