湘西地区少数民族双语教育现状调查与发展对策研究

【摘要】:湘西地区是一个多民族聚居的地方,也是一个经济欠发达地区。域内各少数民族既有着快速发展经济的迫切现实需求,也面临着经济发展与少数民族语言文化逐渐消亡的现实矛盾。因此,大力开展少数民族双语教育便成为消解这一矛盾的重要手段与保障。为此,必须全面细致地调查本地区少数民族双语教育的现状,积极探索、改革少数民族双语教育的教学方法,研究分析少数民族学习双语的规律,扩充双语教材的学习内容,构建武陵山片区少数民族双语教育协作机制,进而更好得发展少数民族双语教育,保护和传承民族语言文化。本研究正是基于对吉首、花垣、凤凰、矮寨、龙山、保靖、永顺、古丈7县1市少数民族双语教育现状的实地调查,发现存在的主要问题,提出有针对性的发展建议,以期促进本地区少数民族双语教育,更好地保护当地的民族语言与文化。首先,使用访谈法、问卷调查法对上述7县1市的少数民族双语教育现状进行详细调查,根据访谈结果和问卷数据,我们了解到以下情况:师资方面,湘西地区缺乏能胜任双语教学的教师。此外,双语教师双语能力较弱,课堂教学方法单一等问题也比较明显。教材方面,双语教学的教材内容枯燥,学生的学习兴趣不浓烈。学生方面,很多学生觉得学习民族语言比较困难,学生的学习兴趣并不高涨,甚至很多学生认为学习民族语并没有意义。他们学习的主要知识仅仅局限于书本知识,缺乏学习的语言环境。资金方面,各个学校用于开展双语教育的活动经费都十分紧张,不能给学校开展民族文化宣传活动提供有利的支援。另外,给予双语教师的工资补助很少,学校缺乏开展双语教育的物资资源,比如:少数民族服装、少数民族乐器等。其次,通过学生们的调查问卷,分析受访学生的语言态度和语言能力,以及性别变项、年级变项和语言能力与语言态度的差异分析。了解到苗族受访儿童与土家族受访儿童对母语的语言态度及语言能力的区别。再次,根据发现的问题提出相关的发展对策和建议,希望能为促进湘西地区少数民族双语教育的发展提供参考。最后,阐述少数民族双语教育对保护和传承少数民族语言文化的重要作用,再结合湘西地区少数民族的基本情况谈谈目前保护少数民族语言文化的主要手段,着重写如何更好发展湘西地区的双语教育来保护本地区少数民族的语言文化。
[Abstract]:Xiangxi region is a multi-ethnic area, but also an underdeveloped area.The ethnic minorities in the region not only have the urgent realistic demand of rapid economic development, but also face the realistic contradiction between the economic development and the gradual disappearance of the minority language and culture.Therefore, the development of bilingual education of ethnic minorities has become an important means and guarantee to resolve this contradiction.Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the present situation of bilingual education for ethnic minorities in this area, to actively explore and reform the teaching methods of bilingual education for ethnic minorities, to study and analyze the laws of learning bilingualism among ethnic minorities, and to expand the contents of bilingual teaching materials.Constructing the cooperative mechanism of minority bilingual education in Wuling Mountain region, and then developing the bilingual education of minority nationalities, protecting and inheriting the national language and culture.This study is based on a field investigation of the current situation of bilingual education among minorities in Jishou, Huayuan, Phoenix, Caizhai, Longshan, Baojing, Yongshun, and Guzhang 7 counties and 1 city, finds out the main problems, and puts forward targeted development suggestions.In order to promote the bilingual education of ethnic minorities in the region, better protect the local national language and culture.First of all, we use interview method and questionnaire method to investigate the current situation of bilingual education of ethnic minorities in seven counties and one city in detail. According to the interview results and questionnaire data, we know the following: teachers,There is a shortage of teachers qualified for bilingual teaching in western Hunan.In addition, bilingual teachers' bilingual ability is weak, classroom teaching method is single and so on.As for teaching materials, the contents of bilingual teaching materials are boring and students' interest in learning is not strong.On the student side, many students find it difficult to learn the national language, and their interest in learning is not high, even many students think that learning the national language is meaningless.The main knowledge they learn is limited to book knowledge and lacks a language environment for learning.In terms of funding, the funds for bilingual education activities in schools are very tight and can not provide favorable support for schools to carry out national cultural propaganda activities.In addition, bilingual teachers are given very little wage subsidies, and schools lack the material resources to carry out bilingual education, such as ethnic clothing, musical instruments and so on.Secondly, the students' language attitude and language ability, gender variables, grade variables and differences between language ability and language attitude were analyzed by questionnaire.To understand the differences of language attitude and language ability between Miao children and Tujia children.Thirdly, according to the problems found, the paper puts forward some relevant development countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide reference for promoting the development of bilingual education of minority nationalities in western Hunan.Finally, the paper expounds the important role of ethnic bilingual education in protecting and inheriting minority language and culture, and then discusses the main means of protecting minority language and culture in the light of the basic situation of minority nationalities in western Hunan.Focus on how to better develop bilingual education in western Hunan to protect the local minority language and culture.
