【摘要】：通过法律实现我国社区教育相关资源的科学配置,是我国社区教育发展的基本方向。进行城市社区教育立法具有合法性,可以采用地方法规或地方规章的形式进行,对社区教育开展机制、社区教育教师队伍建设以及社区教育法律责任进行规定,推动社区教育不断完善。
[Abstract]:It is the basic direction of the development of community education in our country to realize the scientific allocation of the resources related to community education through law.Promoting continuous improvement of community education.
