乌兰夫的民族教育思想与实践探析

【摘要】：乌兰夫是我国现代民族教育事业重要的先行者、拓荒者、奠基人之一,为民族教育的革新、振兴和发展以及民族干部和民族人才的培养做出了历史性贡献。他的教育思想贯穿于党的民族革命、建国以及改革开放初期等各个历史时期,并在每个阶段都对社会发展产生了积极影响。特别是在建国后领导民族地区工作期间,乌兰夫把马列主义毛泽东思想同民族发展的实际相结合,始终坚持以人为本,坚持民族稳定、团结、和谐发展的重要理念,对我国民族教育的发展产生了重要深远的影响。本文主要围绕乌兰夫民族教育思想这一主题,从乌兰夫民族教育思想的产生、主要内容、特点入手,结合实践得出乌兰夫教育思想的启示,对在新的历史条件下发扬乌兰夫光辉的教育思想,发展新中国民族教育事业,培养民族人才具有重大的意义。本文共分为四个部分：第一部分是绪论,陈述了乌兰夫民族教育思想的选题意义,梳理了乌兰夫民族教育思想的研究现状,介绍了本论文的研究方法和策略。第二部分阐述了乌兰夫民族教育思想的形成和发展过程,分析了近代民族地区教育思想的变迁情况,梳理了乌兰夫民族教育思想产生的背景和原因；总结了乌兰夫在党领导的民族革命斗争时期和社会主义事业建设初期两个不同时期的教育举措和实践。第三部分分析了乌兰夫民族教育思想的主要内容,并对乌兰夫民族高等教育思想进行了阐述和分析。第四部分主要论述了乌兰夫民族教育思想的理论基础,并进一步阐述了乌兰夫民族教育思想与毛泽东思想的内在联系,肯定了乌兰夫对党的民族教育政策制定的主要贡献,以及乌兰夫民族教育思想对当今教育的启示。
[Abstract]:Ulanhu is one of the important pioneers, pioneers and founders of modern national education in China. He has made historic contributions to the innovation, revitalization and development of national education and the cultivation of national cadres and talents.His educational thought ran through the national revolution of the Party, the founding of the people and the early stage of reform and opening up, and had a positive impact on social development in every stage.Especially during the period of leading the work in minority areas after the founding of the people's Republic of China, Ulanhu combined Marxism-Leninist Mao Zedong thought with the reality of national development, and always adhered to the important concept of people-oriented, national stability, unity, and harmonious development.It has an important and profound influence on the development of national education in our country.This paper mainly revolves around the theme of Ulanhu's national educational thought, starting with the emergence, main content and characteristics of Ulanhu's national educational thought, and combining with the practice, draws the enlightenment of Ulanhu's educational thought.It is of great significance to carry forward Ulanhu's brilliant educational thought, to develop the cause of national education in new China and to train ethnic talents under the new historical conditions.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which describes the significance of Ulanhu's national education thought, combs the current research situation, and introduces the research methods and strategies of this paper.The second part expounds the formation and development of Ulanhu's national educational thought, analyzes the changes of educational thought in modern ethnic areas, and combs the background and reasons of the ethnic educational thought of Ulanhu.This paper summarizes the educational measures and practices of Ulanhu in the period of the national revolutionary struggle led by the Party and in the early stage of socialist construction.The third part analyzes the main content of Ulanhu's national education thought, and expounds and analyzes the ethnic higher education thought of Ulanhu.The fourth part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of Ulanhu's national education thought, and further expounds the internal relationship between the ethnic educational thought of Ulanhu and the thought of Mao Zedong, and affirms the main contribution of Mao Zedong to the formulation of the national education policy of the Party.And Ulanhu's national education thought to today's education enlightenment.
