企业与高校联合开展继续教育探索

【摘要】：经济高速发展和社会进步以及学习型社会构建,促进了终身教育理念的社会认同。当前,只有不断学习才能满足社会发展需要,继续教育已经成为人才培养的重要途径。企业和高校要联合起来,制定相应发展对策,提升成人继续教育质量,推动成人教育发展,是应然和必然选择。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy and social progress, as well as the construction of a learning society, promote the social identity of the concept of lifelong education. At present, only continuous learning can meet the needs of social development. Continuing education has become an important way to train talents. It is a necessary and inevitable choice for enterprises and colleges to unite to formulate corresponding development countermeasures to improve the quality of adult continuing education and to promote the development of adult education.
