农业现代化与农民科技能力协调提升的教育对策研究

【摘要】：现代农业生产技术及管理方法是实现农业现代化的决定性因素,农业生产主体——农民是实施现代农业技术的桥梁,由此农民科技能力水平高低是实现农业现代化的关键。基于对A市农民科技能力的调查,发现基层农村中拥有一定农业科技能力的农民比例仍旧较低,农民科技能力的缺失仍旧是阻滞农业现代化发展的重要因素。要突破农业现代化发展的困境,在加大农业产业结构调整的基础上,还应加快政府主导下的农民科技能力教育,不断加快农民科技能力认证工作,拓展农民科技能力培养途径。
[Abstract]:Modern agricultural production technology and management method are the decisive factors to realize agricultural modernization. The main body of agricultural production-farmers is the bridge to implement modern agricultural technology. Therefore, the level of farmers' scientific and technological ability is the key to realize agricultural modernization. Based on the investigation of farmers' scientific and technological ability in A city, it is found that the proportion of farmers with certain agricultural scientific and technological ability is still relatively low, and the lack of farmers' scientific and technological ability is still an important factor that hinders the development of agricultural modernization. In order to break through the predicament of the development of agricultural modernization, on the basis of increasing the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, we should speed up the education of farmers' scientific and technological ability under the guidance of the government, speed up the certification of farmers' scientific and technological ability, and expand the ways of cultivating peasants' scientific and technological ability.
