智慧教育理念下教育云平台的构建与应用研究——以黔西南州教育云平台为例

【摘要】:智慧教育是教育信息化的主要途径和抓手,智慧理念下教育云平台的信息化特点及广泛地应用有效解决了教育发展过程中存在的资金难、应用难、共享难三大问题。因此,教育云平台的建设与应用在整合现有和后续增加的教育软硬资源的基础上,最大程度地实现了教育资源的扁平化管理和按需分配。在此理念基础上构建的黔西南州教育云平台整合现有各类教育资源,应用"三通两平台"教学服务功能,初步构建了省向州、州向县、县向乡镇及教学点的教育服务体系。黔西南州教育云平台让边远的少数民族山区学校共享名校名师资源,共享先进的教育理念和教学方法,从根本上缓解了农村学校教师进不去、留不住、学科教师严重缺编的短板,又缩小了城乡间、校际间教育发展的差距,解决了教育不均衡的难题,让优秀学校、优秀教师实现了更高水平的提升,让边远的农村学校和教师得到了长足发展,对促进教育公平、均衡发展和质量提升具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The wisdom education is the main way and the grasp of the education informationization. The information characteristic and extensive application of the educational cloud platform under the wisdom idea have effectively solved the three major problems in the process of education development, such as the difficulty of funds, the difficulty of application and the difficulty of sharing. Therefore, the construction and application of educational cloud platform can realize flat management and distribution of educational resources according to their needs on the basis of integrating existing and increasing educational soft and hard resources. On the basis of this idea, the educational cloud platform in Qianxinan prefecture integrates all kinds of existing educational resources, applies the teaching service function of "three links and two platforms", and preliminarily constructs the educational service system of provinces, prefectures to counties, counties to towns and teaching points. The education cloud platform in Qianxinan Prefecture allows remote minority mountain schools to share the resources of famous teachers and advanced educational concepts and teaching methods, which fundamentally alleviates the lack of access and retention of teachers in rural schools. The severe shortage of subject teachers has narrowed the gap in the development of education between urban and rural areas and between schools, solved the problem of imbalance in education, and enabled outstanding schools and teachers to achieve a higher level of upgrading. It is of great practical significance to promote education equity, balanced development and quality improvement by making remote rural schools and teachers develop rapidly.
