成人教学中团队式教学的模式与实施条件

【摘要】：无论是从全球视角还是从我国教育事业的发展来看,成人教育都是一个持续发展的事业。因此,如何改革教学方法、增强教学吸引力、提高教学质量已成为成人教育者和被教育者都极为重视的问题。基于此,通过分析成人教学改革的必要性,探讨了Team教学法的背景,并设计了Team教学法的"T-R-P-S-C"教学模式及实施应具备的条件,以期达到提升成人教学效果的目的。
[Abstract]:Both from the global perspective and from the development of education in China, adult education is a sustainable development. Therefore, how to reform teaching methods, enhance teaching attraction and improve teaching quality has become a problem that adult educators and educated people attach great importance to. Based on this, this paper analyzes the necessity of adult teaching reform, probes into the background of Team teaching method, and designs the "T-R-P-S-C" teaching mode of Team teaching method and the conditions for its implementation, in order to achieve the purpose of improving adult teaching effect.
