基于学生价值获得感视角:成人教育资源优化策略探析

【摘要】:成人教育资源是指社会上各种成人教育形式所拥有的人力资源、教学资源及对成人教育产生影响的所有社会资源的总和。学生价值获得感是指这些教育资源对学生产生影响后学生所获得的价值诉求。由于传统教育时代成人教育发展的边缘化特征,社会上对成人教育的认知和接受程度远远不够,在一定程度上影响了成人教育社会功能的发挥。基于此,本文在分析学生价值获得感形成机理的基础上,对成人教育发展定位和资源优化策略进行了探索,力求对突破成人教育发展瓶颈提供一些有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Adult education resources refer to the human resources, teaching resources and all social resources that affect adult education in various forms of adult education in society. The sense of value acquisition of students refers to the value appeals obtained by the students after the impact of these educational resources on students. The development of adult education in the traditional educational Era is the development of adult education. On the basis of the analysis of the formation mechanism of the students' sense of value, this paper explores the development orientation of adult education and the strategy of resource optimization on the basis of the analysis of the formation mechanism of the sense of value acquisition of the students, and strives to break through the adult education. Some useful lessons are provided for the bottleneck of education development.
