高校继续教育教学改革研究:翻转课堂视角

【摘要】:随着MOOC、SPOC、微课等网络学习资源的日益丰富,翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学组织形式,在高校继续教育领域的应用已经成为可能。基于优质网络学习视频的翻转课堂与高校继续教育现有教学模式具有相通之处,有利于解决成人学习者的工学矛盾,有利于自主学习、兴趣学习氛围营造,有利于教学改革创新,破解师资瓶颈困局,促进高校继续教育与普通高等教育的融合。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of network learning resources, such as MOOCU SPOC, micro-courses, flipping classroom as a new form of teaching organization, in the field of continuing education in colleges and universities has become possible. The flipping classroom based on the high quality network learning video has the same place with the existing teaching mode of continuing education in colleges and universities, which is helpful to solve the contradiction of work and study of adult learners, to learn independently, and to create an atmosphere of interest in learning. It is beneficial to reform and innovation of teaching, solve the bottleneck of teachers, and promote the fusion of continuing education and general higher education in colleges and universities.
