【摘要】:本文以深圳方向标教育顾问有限公司的创办为出发点,以商业计划书为框架,运用战略管理、营销管理、人力资源管理等一系列学科的理论进行分析,确认创办方向标教育顾问公司恰逢其时,并且能够快速盈利实现规模化经营。 本计划书通过对当前教育行业内部、外部的环境分析后,发现家庭教育行业是个朝阳行业,目前在中国大陆还很少有培训机构做这个项目。我国正处于家庭教育行业转型的关键阶段,家长对孩子的教育需求非常迫切,市场潜力巨大。方向标教育顾问公司通过本计划书为投资者们发现了创业机遇,分析了创业思路,树立了投资信心,落实了创业行为。 本计划书还分析了目前国内教育培训机构的各种商业模式,提出一种合适的商业模式。本计划书对开展深圳家庭教育产业的可行性进行了分析、研究,就公司的需求、核心模式、盈利模式、运作流程、价格策略、市场竞争、营销策略、投资融资方案、盈利预测、风险分析等内容和具体实施方式进行了系统的阐述。 针对方向标家庭教育顾问有限公司缺少高端的家庭教育专家、人力成本高、人才流动率低等问题,本文提出了建立专家资源库的办法,希望能够突破家庭教育行业的瓶颈,提高方向标公司的竞争力,为公司的顺利发展扫清部分障碍。并且对本公司的目标客户进行了定位,对公司的产品和经营方式进行了论证,对整个公司的费用、成本和未来收益进行了计算和预测,对公司人力资源、组织机构进行了设计。 通过论证,家庭教育的市场广阔、经济效益巨大、前景良好,投资者会得到丰厚的回报,方向标教育顾问有限公司的创业者会实现自己的人生价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the establishment of Shenzhen Direction Education Consulting Co., Ltd., and the framework of business plan, this paper analyzes the theory of strategic management, marketing management, human resource management and other disciplines, such as strategic management, marketing management, human resource management and so on. Confirm that the establishment of educational consulting firm is timely, and can achieve rapid profitability to achieve scale operation. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the current education industry, it is found that the family education industry is a sunrise industry. At present, there are few training institutions in mainland China to do this project. Our country is in the key stage of the family education industry transformation. The parents' demand for children's education is very urgent, and the market potential is huge. Through this plan, the educational consultant company has found the opportunity to start a business, analyzed the idea of starting a business, established the confidence of investment, and carried out the behavior of starting a business. This proposal also analyzes the current domestic education and training institutions of various business models, and proposes a suitable business model. This plan analyzes and studies the feasibility of developing the family education industry in Shenzhen.
