【摘要】:民族教育的发展是实现教育公平的重要标志,没有民族教育的发展就不能说我国实现了教育公平。我国十分重视少数民族教育的发展,制定了一套适合中国国情的、正确的解决中国民族问题的方针和政策,即民族平等政策、民族团结政策、民族区域自治政策和各民族共同发展繁荣的政策,特别是改革开放以来,少数民族教育发展,大大缩小了少数民族教育与其他地区教育发展的差距,形成了具有我国特色的少数民族教育发展模式,积累了丰富的经验。在少数民族教育的发展过程中,我们追寻着发展的路程,探究其在每一时期,每一个人的教育发展历程,展现其在不同时期教育发展变迁的表现,以期反映出个人的教育印记以及改革开放后教育发展的变化。本书研究对象选择了我国西部地区新疆维吾尔自治区内的少数民族,使用采访和田野观察记录的方法,通过受访者个人成长过程口述的方式,来透视我国少数民族教育的发展。本论文共分五个部分,第一部分介绍本选题相关概念、研究现状及不足,研究目的、意义、难点和创新点;第二部分研究民族教育与个人成长,包括口述者所经历的个人教育以及民族教育自身的发展;第三部分就民族教育中的双语教育展开讨论;第四部分是民族教育下的本文化与他文化的看法,透视出不同的民族观;第五部分就新疆的民族教育的基本原则和对策展开一些理论思考。
[Abstract]:The development of national education is an important symbol to realize the educational fairness. Without the development of national education, we can not say that our country has realized the educational fairness. Our country attaches great importance to the development of education for ethnic minorities, and has formulated a set of principles and policies that are suitable for China's national conditions and that correctly solve China's ethnic problems, namely, the policy of ethnic equality and the policy of national unity. The policy of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities and the policy of common development and prosperity of all ethnic groups, especially since the reform and opening up, have greatly reduced the gap between the education of ethnic minorities and that of other regions. Has formed the characteristic minority nationality education development pattern, has accumulated the rich experience. In the course of the development of minority education, we pursue the path of development, explore its development course of education in each period, and show the performance of educational development changes in different periods. In order to reflect the personal imprint of education and the changes of educational development after reform and opening up. The subjects of this book are the ethnic minorities in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region in the western part of China. By using the methods of interview and field observation, the development of minority education in our country can be seen through the oral way of the interviewee's personal growth process. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the related concepts of this topic, the present situation and deficiency of the research, the purpose, significance, difficulty and innovation of the research; the second part studies the ethnic education and personal growth. The third part discusses the bilingual education in ethnic education, the fourth part is the perspective of the native culture and other culture under the national education, and the perspective of the different national views, including the personal education and the development of the national education itself, the third part discusses the bilingual education in the ethnic education, the fourth part is the view of the native culture and the other culture under the national education. The fifth part discusses the basic principles and countermeasures of ethnic education in Xinjiang.
