父亲参与教养与幼儿情绪调节策略的相关研究

【摘要】：大量研究结果都表明,幼儿情绪能力对其智力、个性以及社会性等的形成和发展起着非常重要的作用。良好的情绪是幼儿学习与发展的重要条件,是其心理健康的重要标志。学前阶段儿童对情绪调节策略的使用状况反映了他们的情绪调节能力。父母作为幼儿的主要抚养人,对幼儿情绪调节的发展起着重要的作用。而父亲的参与对幼儿的发展起着不可替代的作用。本文采取整群随机抽样方法,从石家庄市长安区第四幼儿园抽取232名幼儿作为研究被试,采用问卷调查法和访谈法对3-6岁幼儿的情绪调节策略的状况和父亲参与教养现状以及两者之间的关系进行研究,从中找出存在的问题并提出合理性的建议,为父亲更好地参与教养,促进3-6岁幼儿情绪调节能力发展提供依据和参考。研究结论如下:父亲参与教养子维度中教养支持均值最高,父职成长均值最低。父亲更加关注年龄较小的幼儿的信息。学历越高的父亲参与幼儿教养的水平越高。男孩比女孩更易使用发泄的情绪调节策略。关于父亲参与教养对幼儿情绪调节策略的影响,总体来看,父亲参与幼儿教养的程度越高,幼儿越多使用积极的情绪调节策略,并对幼儿情绪调节策略有一定的预测作用。针对上述研究结果,提出以下几点对策建议:第一,转变传统观念,鼓励父亲参与教养;第二,加强自身学习,重视父职成长;第三,关注男孩的情绪,促进情绪良好发展;第四,选择恰当的方式陪伴幼儿,并提高陪伴质量;第五,以身作则,为幼儿树立榜样。
[Abstract]:A large number of results show that the emotional ability of young children plays a very important role in the formation and development of their intelligence, personality and sociality. Good emotion is an important condition for children's learning and development and an important sign of their mental health. The use of emotional regulation strategies in preschool children reflects their ability to regulate emotions. Parents, as the children's main caregivers, play an important role in the development of children's emotional regulation. The father's participation plays an irreplaceable role in the development of young children. In this paper, 232 children from the fourth kindergarten in Changan District of Shijiazhuang City were selected as subjects by cluster random sampling method. Using questionnaire and interview to study the status of emotional regulation strategy and father's participation in upbringing of 3-6 years old children, and the relationship between them, and to find out the existing problems and put forward some reasonable suggestions. It provides the basis and reference for fathers to participate in upbringing and promote the development of emotional regulation ability of children aged 3-6 years. The results are as follows: the average value of parenting support is the highest and the average of paternity growth is the lowest in the dimension of father's participation in upbringing. Fathers pay more attention to the information of younger children. The more highly educated fathers are, the higher the level of child rearing is. Boys are more likely than girls to use venting strategies. As to the influence of father's participation in upbringing on children's emotional regulation strategies, the higher the degree of father's involvement in infant's upbringing, the more active emotional regulation strategies are used, and the more predictive effect of fathers' involvement in infant's emotional regulation strategies. In view of the above research results, the following countermeasures are put forward: first, to change the traditional concept and encourage fathers to take part in upbringing; second, to strengthen their own learning and pay attention to the growth of their fathers; third, to pay attention to the emotions of boys, and to promote the good development of their emotions; Fourth, choose the appropriate way to accompany children and improve the quality of companionship; fifth, set an example for children.
