农民基础劳动技能培训策略研究

【摘要】：在广大农村地区开展劳动技能培训,对农业生产力的提升有着比较积极的影响。为了进一步提升我国农民基础劳动技能培训的水平,我们需要采取一定的培训策略。目前我国的农民基础劳动技能培训已经有了明显的进步,未来进一步发展的优势明显,潜力巨大。加强技能培训的宣传和引导、提升技能培训的实用性、增加技能培训的技术含量,是提升农民劳动技能培训水平的主要策略。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the level of the training of farmers ' basic labor skills in our country , we need to adopt a certain training strategy .
