学习型社会视角下地方高校继续教育学校定位的应然与实然探析

【摘要】：我国以地方高校为依托的继续教育在激烈的竞争中占据主体地位,它们与普通高校资源共享,合作共生,在培养地方应用型人才、指导地方科技创新和服务社会大众方面有着独特的优势条件,但置身于以传统的普通高等教育为重心的地方高校实然环境中,继续教育则暴露出了明显的定位偏差。从学习型社会视角重新审视继续教育的目标定位和学校行为,矫正对继续教育认识上的偏差,使其获得应有的重视,发挥应有的"全民教育""终身教育"功能。
[Abstract]:Continuing education based on local universities occupies the main position in the fierce competition. They share resources with ordinary colleges and universities, cooperate with each other and cultivate local applied talents. There are unique advantages in guiding local scientific and technological innovation and serving the public, but in the actual environment of local colleges and universities, which focus on the traditional higher education, continuing education has exposed an obvious orientation deviation. From the perspective of learning-oriented society, we should re-examine the goal orientation and school behavior of continuing education, correct the deviation in the cognition of continuing education, make it receive due attention, and give full play to the function of "education for all" and "lifelong education".
