沙溪白族镇寄宿制学校存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国城镇化进程的不断推进，农村地区以往的校点布局已经不能适应生源锐减的变化，致使许多农村地区难以开展规模化教育。因此，农村义务教育阶段兴办寄宿制学校正在形成一种趋势。同时，合理的学校调整终将实现教育资源再分配，提高教育资源使用效率，提升农村教育质量。我国民族地区多分布于地理位置偏僻、经济欠发达的山区或者牧区，教育质量一直处于全国的较低水平。为了促进民族地区的经济发展，实现民族地区的教育振兴，国家将寄宿制学校的建设和发展作为发展民族教育的一种主要形式。事实也不断证明，寄宿制符合我国民族地区的实际情况，寄宿制学校在促进民族地区义务教育的顺利实施和实现该地区教育均衡发展的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文以国家在民族地区建设寄宿制学校为背景，选择云南省沙溪白族镇的两所寄宿制学校为个案，两次深入田野点进行调研，收集了大量的第一手材料。笔者采用文献法、参与式观察法、多点民族志法、问卷法、访谈法、口述史等研究方法，首先概述了沙溪白族镇寄宿制学校的发展现状，然后详细调研了其存在的四个主要问题——必要性和合理性问题、寄宿生生活问题、学校适应问题和家校沟通问题，在对其存在的主要问题进行了较为深入的归因分析后提出解决对策，最后，针对民族地区寄宿制学校发展过程中存在的问题提出对策，以期能为民族地区的寄宿制学校教育发展提供理论指导。在民族地区实行“裁点并校”，建设寄宿制学校，对提高民族地区义务教育阶段的教育质量有着重要的意义。然而，，在此过程中不免存在相关的负面问题，如“一刀切”裁点并校、学生往返学校的安全问题、寄宿生生活问题和学校适应问题堪忧、家校沟通问题等。因此，笔者希望本研究可以为沙溪白族镇甚至民族地区寄宿制学校存在的问题找出对策，以更好的促进民族地区寄宿制学校的健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, the distribution of school sites in rural areas has been unable to adapt to the sharp decrease in the number of students, which makes it difficult for many rural areas to carry out large-scale education. Therefore, the rural compulsory education stage to set up boarding schools is forming a trend. At the same time, reasonable school adjustment will realize the redistribution of educational resources, improve the efficiency of using educational resources and improve the quality of rural education. The minority areas in China are mostly located in remote geographical areas and underdeveloped mountain areas or pastoral areas, and the quality of education has always been in the lower level of the whole country. In order to promote the economic development of ethnic areas and realize the revitalization of education in minority areas, the construction and development of boarding schools are regarded as one of the main forms of developing ethnic education. The facts have also proved that the boarding system accords with the actual situation in the minority areas of our country. Boarding schools play an important role in promoting the smooth implementation of compulsory education and realizing the balanced development of education in the minority areas. Based on the background of the construction of boarding schools in minority areas, this paper selects two boarding schools in Shaxi Bai Town, Yunnan Province as a case study, carries out two investigations in the field, and collects a large number of first-hand materials. The author adopts the methods of literature, participatory observation, multi-point ethnography, questionnaire, interview, oral history and so on. At first, the author summarizes the present situation of the boarding school in Shaxi Bai nationality town. Then it investigates in detail the four main problems that exist-necessity and rationality, boarding students' living problems, school adaptation problems and home-school communication problems. After the deep attribution analysis of the main problems, the countermeasures are put forward, and finally, the countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems existing in the development of boarding schools in ethnic minority areas. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of boarding schools in minority areas. It is of great significance to improve the quality of compulsory education in minority areas by implementing "cut points and schools" and building boarding schools. However, there are some related negative problems in the process, such as "one-size-fits-all" cut points and schools, the safety of students returning to and from school, the problems of boarding students' life and school adaptation, the problems of communication between home and school, and so on. Therefore, the author hopes that this study can find out the countermeasures for the problems existing in the boarding schools in Shaxi Bai nationality towns and even in minority areas, so as to better promote the healthy development of boarding schools in ethnic minority areas.
