成人教育学生心理特征、影响因素与发展策略探究

【摘要】：成人教育作为教育体系中的重要组成部分,极大地推动了我国终身教育体系的形成与完善。由于受到多种因素的影响,成人教育的独特性更加凸显,学生心理与普通高等院校的大学生有着较大的不同,演变成为独特的心理特征。成人教育学生心理发展引起了社会各界的广泛关注,其影响因素涉及社会环境、成人学生个人、家庭、教育管理等多个方面,迫切需要找出能够解决成人教育学生心理问题、推动成人教育学生心理发展的策略。
[Abstract]:As an important part of education system, adult education has greatly promoted the formation and improvement of lifelong education system in China. Due to the influence of many factors, the uniqueness of adult education is more prominent. The students' psychology is quite different from the college students, and it has evolved into a unique psychological feature. The psychological development of adult education students has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life, and its influencing factors involve social environment, adult students' individual, family, educational management and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to find out how to solve the psychological problems of adult education students. The strategies to promote the psychological development of adult education students.
