职业化取向下成人高校教师信念的转变探究

【摘要】:对正处在职业化转型过程中的某成人学校教师展开调查,对其职业化的信念以及职业化课堂教学设计的课程架构、课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等5个环节进行定量与定性相结合的分析。研究结果显示:总体上,教师对职业化的态度是积极的,不同类型教师在具体的职业化课程设计中具有不同的态度,其中应用型的教师态度最为积极。为此,学校要重视顶层设计,促进教师将信念转变为行动;注重实践创新,促进各类型课程的职业化转型;教师培训要重视培训规划,突出培训内容的针对性,体现规划形式多样性。
[Abstract]:An investigation is carried out on the teachers of a certain adult school who are in the process of professionalization transformation, and their belief in professionalization and the curriculum structure, curriculum objectives, curriculum content and curriculum implementation of the professional classroom teaching design are also discussed. The course evaluation and other five links are analyzed in combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that the attitude of teachers towards professionalization is positive, and different types of teachers have different attitudes in the specific professional curriculum design, among which the attitude of applied teachers is the most active. Therefore, schools should attach importance to top-level design, promote teachers to transform their beliefs into actions; pay attention to practical innovation and promote the professionalization transformation of various types of courses; pay attention to training planning and highlight the pertinence of training contents. Reflect the diversity of planning forms.
