金诚泰教育集团竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展和知识更新速度的不断加快,企业对管理人才的要求不断提高,培训市场需求不断扩大。因此,吸引了很多企业投身于培训行业,使得国内培训业得到了迅猛发展,培训行业竞争也日益加剧。但是,由于行业本身的发展还不够成熟,国内培训企业和国外同行业企业相比实力相差还很大,加之企业在发展中战略目标不明确,战略定位和选择不当等,使企业的生存和发展受到影响。因此,如何将企业做大做强,使得企业能够健康稳定的发展,这是国内培训企业所要解决的问题。为此,针对会计培训行业竞争激烈的态势,本文以金诚泰教育集团为研究对象,通过对其竞争战略进行研究,以便找出一条依托自身优势的发展之路。 本文运用战略管理的相关理论,采用PEST分析、SWOT分析方法以及企业核心竞争力相结合的方式,在对金诚泰教育集团战略规划和战略分析的基础上,制定了金诚泰教育集团的竞争战略:以市场为导向,依托行业经验、优质师资和标准化教学运作优势,以会计真账实操课程为核心优势产品,采取成本领先为竞争手段,有效扩张全国市场。 本文希望通过对金诚泰教育集团的战略路径研究,探索出一条会计培训行业中小企业发展之路,为其他同类培训机构提供一定的帮助和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the speed of knowledge renewal, the demands of enterprises for management talents are increasing, and the demand for training market is expanding. Therefore, many enterprises are attracted to the training industry, which makes the domestic training industry develop rapidly, and the competition of the training industry is increasingly intensified. However, since the development of the industry itself is not mature enough, the strength of domestic training enterprises is still quite different from that of foreign enterprises in the same industry, in addition, the strategic objectives of enterprises in development are not clear, the strategic positioning and selection are improper, and so on. The survival and development of enterprises are affected. Therefore, how to make the enterprise bigger and stronger and make the enterprise develop healthily and stably is the problem to be solved by domestic training enterprises. Therefore, in view of the fierce competition situation in accounting training industry, this paper takes Jinshengtai Education Group as the research object, through the research on its competitive strategy, in order to find out a way of development relying on its own advantages. Based on the relevant theories of strategic management, the method of pest analysis and SWOT analysis and the combination of core competence of enterprises, this paper analyzes the strategic planning and strategy of Jinshengtai Education Group. The competitive strategy of Jinshengtai Education Group is as follows: market-oriented, relying on industry experience, high quality teachers and standardized teaching operation advantages, taking the course of true accounting as the core advantage product, and adopting cost leading as the competitive means. Effectively expand the national market. This paper hopes to explore a way for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in accounting training industry through the study of the strategic path of Jinshengtai Education Group, and to provide some help and reference for other similar training institutions.
