区域成职教育定位与新思路——以黑河市为例

【摘要】：随着科学技术的高速进步,成职教育在社会、经济、文化等方面的发展过程中起着重大作用。将成职教育的特征与社会需求相结合,定义成职教育的地位与作用,与地方社会及国家建设相联系。将人本主义与集体主义相融合,形成中国成职教育的特色,使成职教育在地方经济发展中发挥中坚力量,填补经济发展的缺陷。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of science and technology, vocational education plays an important role in the development of society, economy and culture. Combining the characteristics of vocational education with social needs, this paper defines the status and function of vocational education, which is related to local society and national construction. The combination of humanism and collectivism forms the characteristics of vocational education in China, so that vocational education can play a key role in the development of local economy and fill up the defects of economic development.
