发达国家的继续教育比较及对我国的启示

【摘要】：文章从制度政策、组织管理、运作机制、办学体制和经费来源五个维度对世界各国的继续教育的经验进行比较分析,发现我国继续教育发展中存在的问题,进而从五个维度对我国的继续教育的发展提出建议和策略,以期对未来继续教育的改革发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:This paper compares and analyzes the experiences of the countries in the world in terms of system policy, organization and management, operation mechanism, school running system and source of funds, and finds out the problems existing in the development of continuing education in China. Then it puts forward suggestions and strategies on the development of continuing education in China from five dimensions in order to contribute to the reform and development of continuing education in the future.
