成人教育社会化发展趋势及应对策略探究

【摘要】:进入21世纪,在构建学习型社会的大背景下,制度化教育的种种问题也日益凸显出来。作为终身教育体系重要组成部分之一的成人教育,受制度化教育的影响,在发展的过程中也面临各种难题。研究主要从成人教育社会化的内涵入手,对我国成人教育社会化发展趋势进行分析,探讨成人学习服务的趋势和管理社会化的趋势。为更好地应对成人教育社会化的趋势,我国的成人教育首先需要更新理念,实现价值定位社会化。在此基础上,还需要在课程设置、教育机构、传统管理模式等方面做出努力,逐步实现成人教育管理的社会化。只有通过多种方式,我国的成人教育才能真正达到为社会服务的目的。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, under the background of constructing a learning society, the problems of institutionalized education have become increasingly prominent. As an important part of lifelong education system, adult education, influenced by institutionalized education, also faces various problems in the process of development. The research mainly starts with the connotation of adult education socialization, analyzes the development trend of adult education socialization in China, probes into the trend of adult learning service and the trend of management socialization. In order to better cope with the trend of adult education socialization, China's adult education needs to update its concept and realize the socialization of value orientation. On this basis, it is necessary to make efforts in curriculum setting, educational institutions, traditional management model and so on, so as to realize the socialization of adult education management step by step. Only through a variety of ways, our country's adult education can really achieve the purpose of serving the society.
