继续教育范畴的应然性及新发展

【摘要】:继续教育在其发展变迁过程中,不同的历史时期有着不同的特定范畴。就当前我国继续教育实践看,其范畴体系是极为广泛的,包括各级各类学历教学和各级各类非学历培训,这种广泛性的范畴使得继续教育和学校教育界限模糊、继续教育办学体制机制双轨形态难以融合、继续教育双轨文凭体制降低了教育的社会认可度。因此,从应然意义上看,继续教育中的学历教育和学校教育的相似性,加大了其与继续教育非学历培训的差异,主要体现在教学体系、师资来源、教学组织过程、教学质量管理、证书授予等五个方面。基于对继续教育范畴应然性的分析,继续教育的范畴需要重新定位,即继续教育中的学历教育划归到学校教育,但不能是学校教育的单独形态,而是要融合到学校教育的各个层次中;继续教育专司非学历培训。这样的范畴定位,既可以推进教育的专业化分工,也可以推进继续教育的专业化发展,还能够推进终身教育体系的构建和继续教育学科体系的完善。
[Abstract]:In the process of development and change of continuing education, different historical periods have different specific categories. As far as the practice of continuing education in China is concerned, its scope system is extremely extensive, including the teaching of educational qualifications at all levels and the training of non-academic qualifications at all levels. This extensive category makes the boundaries between continuing education and school education blurred. The system and mechanism of continuing education are difficult to merge, and the diploma system of continuing education reduces the social recognition of education. Therefore, in the sense of necessity, the similarity between academic education and school education in continuing education has increased the difference between it and non-academic training in continuing education, which is mainly reflected in the teaching system, the source of teachers, and the process of teaching organization. Teaching quality management, certificate award and other five aspects. Based on the analysis of the category of continuing education, the category of continuing education needs to be reoriented, that is, the education of academic qualifications in continuing education is classified into school education, but it cannot be a separate form of school education. Instead, it should be integrated into all levels of school education; continuing education is specialized in non-academic training. This kind of category orientation can not only promote the specialization division of education, but also promote the specialization development of continuing education, but also promote the construction of lifelong education system and the perfection of continuing education discipline system.
